Their online scheduling doesn’t work, but when I went in I was still able to be seen that day. Overall a friendly environment, I went for an oil change and was told it’d take about an hour but was more like 40-45 minutes.

I went in for front steering tie rods and transmission flush. Front counter guy very helpful, friendly and set up an appointment. Car went in and out on time as promised. However, a few days later I am at another garage for some other work. They lifted the car and show me that the clamps that go on my steering boots are just dangling around the tie rod. On both sides! Called Meineke. They told me they wouldn't have touched the clamps. Obviously they did! It didn't look like any grease had leaked out so I had the other shop attach them properly. I doubt Meineke's quality of work if the technician can't see that he left clamps on BOTH sides hanging in plain site. Makes me wonder if they messed up the transmission flush too which I can't see.

I had a family Jeep with lots of problems. Chuck and his team helped me work through these issues, one at a time. Then when an item was missed and the local Jeep dealer diagnosed it, Chuck bent over backwards to ensure these additional issues were resolved to satisfaction. I appreciate all of the extra time spent working with me to ensure work was completed to satisfaction. Thank you!!

The gentleman at this shop are very knowledgeable, educational, and honest with their assessments and service. I brought my Ford E350 XLT in to diagnose a battery icon issue. It turned out the Auto shop I had visited the day prior in Buellton installed my alternator connector incorrectly(zip tied the wires). The wires were grounded and blew the Diode in the alternator. The gentleman at Meineke were kind enough to get the parts I needed quickly to get my van running properly. Additionally, they were steadfast in notifying me of my rights as a consumer in terms of disputing the service performed from the shop I visited the day prior. Lastly, their customer service is top notch. They are very communicative and empathetic.I am from out of town and was traveling through. It warms my heart knowing these people don't take advantage of Auto repair consumers.
