I was in this auto part store last night with my son to buy wipers for his car. Rene helped us with the purchase. He was very helpful and being a big brother. He helped me change the wipers. I have never had such great customer service. Thank you Rene!

The customer service was wonderful. Margarita dealt with our issue and she had an excellent "bedside manner" to two women who knew nothing about cars. She also knew just how to help, through knowledge alone. They also had a part we needed that other auto places didnt. I will come back here next time I need auto stuff.

I live in Atascadero, CA but was visiting the city of Santa Maria. I noticed my car needed oil and stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts in S.M. Most definitely my car was way low on oil. Rene i believe he is a manager there was so helpful. He helped me find the right oil my car needed. As i go to leave... my car wont start. My battery had died. He quickly saw that i needed a jump so he sent an associate to jump my battery without me even having to ask for help. Thank you for your great service Rene. I made it home safely.

I've been having trouble with my car starting, thinking that it was the battery or the charging system.I went to a different store and they checked my battery and said it was OK but they didn't have the equipment to check the charging system.I decided to call O'Reilly and I talked to Michelle. She said to bring it in and she'd check the battery and the charging system if necessary. It turned out that the battery was bad. I bought a new one and was on my way in minutes. Michele was a big help.O'Reilly's has got a new regular customer.

The manager, I believe his name was Carlos was very helpful. Noticed a loose hose on my car and tightened it for me. I will diffinatly be giving them more of my business jn the future.

You have a cashier/manager currently working here At o'reilly's on North Broadway she does amazing work she's very personable she's polite she has good manners and she knows her stuff she was by herself tonight working with a new person and she was rocking it she was working both registers and she was totally on top of it I think you should give her promotion or a raise Very good experience at a Already tonight I will definitely come back to the store if you have more employees like her Her name is Margarita

I've been coming to this parts store for years, there are other parts store near me but I like coming here. The Associates are knowledgeable, answer my questions, friendly and quick. Today a young lady assisted me in finding the part and I was out the door happy, especially when my device was fixed. I just feel this is the better Auto store in Santa Maria.
