First time coming here with a friend of mine. Yes they're friendly. But the thing I've noticed and not really like was, they speak to you in English perfectly fine, then all of the sudden they talk to their coworker in their language. I'm like, you both speak English fine but why not just talk in English. Nways my nails is with acrylic already just need fill in, and it was not good. Was not happy, she was rushing because everytime someone comes in to get their nails done too, she always say 30mins. So my nails were not ever that nice. Sloppy work and not all covered. She didn't even asked if I liked it or not. Just eager to get out from there. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.Services: Polish removal

Came for a pedicure with my mom. Guy rushed it, repeatedly scratched me with the buffer, and pinched my skin multiple times when trimming and when I mentioned it he acted like he didn't do anything wrong and claimed he was trying to even out my nails. Lady became rude when I decided not to get a manicure anymore and kept trying to convince me. They're very unorganized and rushed all the services even though they didn't have people waiting.

I went in with no appt. and they worked me in quickly. I have tender feet and the gal that did my pedicure was gentle and sensitive to the fact I was ticklish. I loved the leg massage and my pedicure. I will be back for sure.

This place is so bad they didn’t clean up my nails they cut my finger. It looked like my little sister did my nails so not professional and they charged me $55 i will never go there again. i also asked for a pedicure and they didn’t do any of that they just painted my toes i didn’t even get to put them in water and they charged me for a pedicure.Services: Pedicures

My wife has been coming here for over 10yrs and I have been going for the past 5. When you are on your feet all day it's nice to have someone take care of them. We got the super deluxe pedicure and it's worth every penny. Thank you Tina (she took care of me) and Pacific spa we will be back soon ??.

HORRIBLE. First and last time I will ever come to this place. We made a reservation to get manicures and pedicures. We let them know it’ll be a full acrylic set as well. The lady had filed my nails and asked what I wanted. I showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted, that were just a French tip and she said they didn’t have time to do my nails anymore so I left with with dremeled/filed nails. They rushed us and we’re very rude. The man and lady with bangs were very nice though. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.Services: Gel manicure

Professional, reasonably priced, Walkins welcome, These gals get down to business. No unneccessary chit chat. The foot and leg massage is to die for.
