“I live in Lompoc, but always experience horrible customer service by Assistant Manager in the Lompoc Sherwin Williams, went against end August and again very rude, so drove to Santa Maria and went in Sherwin Williams on Broadway and Flo Bravo helped me she told me of the sale and was extremely helpful, she delivered outstanding customer service, it is a breath of fresh air nowadays to find someone like her, in a world where customer service is thing of the past. Flo Bravo should be in charge of giving all Sherwin Williams employees training in how to treat customers.”
