Rude cashier alycia !!! , as a gas station attendee, you should be knowledgeable and ready to help any customer , regardless of you thinking you know what you talk about just because you work there ( as you stated) ! You work in costumer service and as well you see so many different type of people , from regulars to travelers ! With your attitude you should not be working anywhere around people , I understand the job can be a stressful but it's 11am no need for your sarcastic comments . Lucky for dulce a (hire up ) for taken over the situation and getting my refund! alycia needs better training and should understand the rewards program! She shouldn't be so negative and give an answer that she thinks she knows ! When clearly she didn't , my self and another costumer were telling her she was in the wrong! She didn't even apologize for her mistake ! So thank you dulce for coming to save the day !
