“A well stocked and clean grocery store. The employees have been friendly whenever I've been and I've had no problems finding all the items I needed. I will say it's a tad bit cold in the store so if you can bring a sweater, but other than that I have no complaints with this location.”

“Currently experiencing low quality customer service and negative attitude from an employee who didn't want to help me purchase the item I needed. My friend was shopping and asked an associate if they could grab an item off a pallet for them. The associate replied that they did not have the item in stock even though my friend pointed out that the item was on the higher shelf. The employee repeated that they do not have the item available on the floor. After hearing my friend's attempt to get help I then roamed the store looking for an employee who would help me. After finding what seemed to be a supervisor, I received the help I needed after the first associate came back to check the isle again, even though the other supervisor and I found it. He walked the isle and still did not see it until I pointed it out again. Once he came back with the lift to get the pallet the employee then continued to make remarks to his colleague that defended his poor attempt at stocking the shelves. Still leaving 5 stars to not spread anymore negativity but this employee needs to practice their service skills. They did apologize once he handed me the product I asked for but it shouldn't have taken us 20 minutes to get the item or service my friend politely asked for.”

“My prescription was sent to the CVS in Target by my provider by mistake. I was frustrated and pressed for time trying to chase down where the medication was. I arrived at the Target CVS a bit flustered but the pharmacist Hailey...who was also short on time...was so wonderful in making sure the order was correct and that I did not leave empty handed. Absolutely stellar service! Much love and endless recommendations to utilize this location???”

“I wanted to correct a post that I had made a few days ago. I was pleased with the gentleman who helped me, but thought that I was given the wrong information about when my son's other RX was due. I'm in need of a new knee and was not as kind as I would have liked to have been when I had to hobble back with much effort to find out the correct date. It turned out to be a computer glitch, I got the RX and the world was good again. I just wanted to make things right. The pharmacist has always been professional ad the pharmacy staff has always been efficient and kind.”
“We love our local Rite Aid store on Broadway & McCoy. The staff is always very friendly when you enter the store, the store is organized well and always kept clean. Their pharmacy is quick and accurate. We would not want to go anywhere else.”

“Really nice, down to earth people. Meds were refilled fast, the Pharmacists even though very busy, take the time to thoroughly consult you on your prescriptions. I've been to other pharmacies where the Pharmacists had very bad attitudes, and spoke very rudely. Thank you Wal-Mart pharmacy!”

“Open during indicated operating times. Had everything I needed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check Check. Check. Boom. A couple of sketchy characters hanging out in the dark by the Glacier water machine. Strip mall owner could add more lighting, especially since CVS is the only business in the immediate area open late.”
“I wanted to change my pharmacy to a place that was closer to home. Of course I stop by the first time and I took a business card so that I can call later to verify that they carried the prescriptions that I need that also gave me time to double check with my insurance if the pharmacy was covered. I was suggest that anyone to that wants to switch. Pharmacies follows a similar method. The pharmacist was available to answer all my questions over the phone, was very professional, polite and I got all the answers that I needed in terms of my prescriptions. My current pharmacy is wonderful. I just want to save on gas and time on the pharmacy pick ups.”

If you use this pharmacy you no the visits aren’t always pheasant.If Eileen is working I always have a great experience. She is a great example of what customer service should be like even when it’s stressful. Eileen deserves recognition for her hard working attitude respectfully calm attitude and dedication to customer service. “Alissa was a great cashier and had amazing customer service. It’s nice when you get that now a days in this era of disgruntled customers are “Karen’s”. Very helpful when things rang up wrong. I shop here often because it’s closest to my house and usually I have to help the cashier but now they finally have a cashier that does her job correctly.”
