“Employee number 153774 was absolutely kind and patient with me. I called him three times before I even got here just to find out if I was going to the correct store because there are a couple and two of them were closed because it’s Sunday. He was very patient each time I called, then when I got to his store and the price came up for the shipping, I nearly had a heart attack. Again he was super patient with me and explained the cost and why it was expensive and why the post office would have been an even more expensive route to go , I just wanted to say, despite the fact that my box cost a lot to ship and it was stressing me out, he was very sincere and kind and did everything he could to ease the pain”
