They have display cases full of used phones, some are scratched but still look new. They try to persuade you to buy their overpriced phones because they're "unlocked" from carrier. It gave me the opinion they steal and fence phones as a sort of black market. It didnt seem like a legit operation

Founded in 2012 Joel Mendoza found the need for cell phone repair services in town. He decided to take on repairs while working out of his car and occasionally doing the repairs inside coffee shops. In 2012 Joel opened Quality Cell Phone Repair on North Broadway. After a few years of doing repairs we now have a permanent location located at 307 W Main Street in downtown Santa Maria.
