Literally the worst bank you could ever possibly go to. Choose absolutely any other bank if you don't want you card constantly compromised and customer service from people in a loud room who can't speak any English.

Computer solutions have been banking with this branch since way before midstate took over and have always been satisfied with their service. i like a bank you don't ever need to think about.

Awful customer service from this branch. I'm on an account with a non-profit organization and cannot speak to personal banking, however I would advise avoiding this bank for any business associated with an organization. The process to switch authorized check signers on an account is arduous at best and blood-boiling at worst. I just got off the phone with an agent in the branch and was told I'm not even on the account now. Incredible.

Our inside bank employees are wonderful but going online or by phone with just a simple question is a nightmare. I was on hold 3 different calls for over 45 minutes and then gave up. So far Mechanics Bank has messed up our house mortgage payments 2 x's and sent us a credit card statement that wasn't ours. I hope they get their act together. I think this is unacceptable.

ATM machines don't work right, mobile app had tons of problems and charged me $20 to close my account. Waste of time and money.

This bank is horrible! RUDE people work there Ruben is a beyond rude bank employee and the management is uneducated and can't seem to help. We were told a account was closed and the bank lied and then continued to let items clear. RABO deserves negative stars.

I love Rabobank, the staff at Orcutt are always friendly and helpful. Whenever I have an issue or question, I can count on the management team to assist me.

I love visiting the Orcutt office. The staff is friendly and efficient. They always greet me by name, and make me feel like a friend. They are always so kind to my children, which is a huge plus for me. Any time that I have a complicated transaction or a problem, they help me with enthusiasm and professionalism. If you want a bank to treat you like a person rather than a number, this is the place. BEST BANK EVER!!

This is the worst bank I have had, the ATM is always either not working or it is out of cash. The Management is rude and disrespectful to people!!

This is the worst bank I have had, the ATM is always either not working or it is out of cash. I am not being too critical either, to show this I am going to take a picture of there ATM every time it is out of cash or does not work and therefore prove my point. I have to use this bank for work, I use Bank of America for personal and never have problems with Bofa The update can you guess? The ATM both are not working again this day look at my pictures. This bank is so bad it is not even funny at all
