The Shoe Factory is a small store with a slim selection of kids shoes. Only shoes are displayed on the showroom floor. If a customer sees an item they like, they must notify staff so staff can check for the size in the back. The back holds pallets of shoes, contrast to the display. Kid display shoes are on glass or acrylic shelves with no seat for trying on shoes, making it not kid friendly. The store has changed a lot, Chinese store with good service, teenager speaks Spanish and English and asks if you need help. The shoes are amazing. If you are on a budget, it is recommended; otherwise, prefer a location.

The store has changed a lot the store is a Chinese store the service is very good now there is a teenager there that speaks Spanish and English for you she will ask if you need any help they have amazing shoes now! It has changed a lot I kinda recommend if you on a budget other wise I prefer you to go to a different location
