5 out of 5 - they're on it! Rudy got me in first thing in the morning for tire & wheel swap. The guys in the shop had me out the door in a couple hours. Service with a smile (and a good laugh too).. They provide outstanding 'old school' customer service you would come to expect from a locally-owned business. I would 100% highly recommend them and I will definitely be going back for all of my future tire needs.

Took care of our flat quickly and well. Fast and personable service. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing. If we lived in the area, I'd make this our main tire shop.

This tire store was recommended by another RV owner when he has tire issues. I took his advice and glad I did. Helpful and attentive and solved my tire problem fairly. Highly recommend for all RV users.

This place is absolutely the best. Rudy the service guy was so polite and extremely helpful and patient. Alfonso the tire tech is freaking amazing. He works so hard and so fast and did an absolute awesome job. They came out to my trailer which is in a remote spot and he did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anybody. On my way to SLO, my car warned me of low tire pressure. Thankfully, Santa Maria Tire was open early enough for me to still make it to work. Their customer service is unmatched and they were able to patch up the tire within 30 mins.Would recommend this company without hesitation.

My brother bought some Harley Davidson tires here for 500 dollars a piece. 3 months of easy riding later and the tires are BALD. Threads are coming out and everything. My brother didn't do anything "extra" to wear down the tires, no burnouts or anything. These people sell defective tires. Use caution when shopping here.

I had a blowout on our motorhome on the way to pismo beach ,call around and I ended up calling sm tire in arroyo grande and they referred me to there store in Santa Maria. Rudy knows his stuff , not only explaining everything, him and his staff is top notch.. bought all 6 tires . Very happy.. thanks SM Tire !!!
