Very upset with this store. They never want to help. Every time I am going there they are not helpfull. My screen on phone broke and I want to replace the phone on same that I have. Girls that work there just told go on this website and you can swap the phone yourself. What their job is if they can't help me with that. I thought that's they are for.

Misleading behaviors, broken promises, irritable personnel. You name it. I've been working with the store's supervisor from Verge Mobile, and getting very little satisfaction. NEVER go to this store. Also, very poor coverage in my area. BEWARE! I suspect they gave us used phones and claimed they were new. Worst store I've ever been in. I learned to never go into any store that is not corporate. Bad reflection on T Mobile corporate for not supporting customers.

CSR dumb as a rock. The service mostly in the stores where they are more concerned in hooking you up with more services and selling phones. Phones and service are great. Thisis where A. I. would be helpful, very helpful

Abbie is great! She explained to me all the new iPhone features! I was so tempted into buying another iPhone! She also helped me solve some issues with my plan. Abbie is the reason I stay with T-mobile!!! Yay ❤️❤️

Unfortunately T-Mobile cellular service in most of Santa Maria is just plain and simple bad. You can be in the center of town and have zero reception. I would pass on this provider if you live here.

Awful customer service. Our needs were clearly stated and after helping us half way, we were told they couldn’t help us further and when we commented that we felt they could, they completely refused to help us further and walked away, telling us who their manager was. The manager confirmed they couldn’t help us further, so we left and are dealing with the problem on our own.

I went in the on Thursday Aug 24, 2023 at approximately 7:05 pm to see if I could get a quote/estimate to get a replacement phone for my son because his phone broke and the party responsible is going to pay for it. The male that was helping me logged into my account looked at phone it was and then told me that he couldn't help me with a quote for me to go to Best Buy or another place to get a quote to repair it instead. After our conversation he didn't give me an estimate like I asked for and sent me to a different place. I talked to a T Mobile Corp store and they said that the store on Betteravia is not Corp there a third party and they act like it. Poor customer service.

Not worth the time or effort still no credit for returning modem.update they turned off my phone and said I need to pay 265.00 to turn on my phone.remember I have a 245.00 credit that I've waited for weeks and still have not received. Look at your reviews you need to fire them all ps. Not Audrey but she was two years ago. Please try and do better.

This store is the worst I've ever been in. You get the run around my mom had issues with old phone so she up graded. They didn't help her down load any info from old phone sent her home with instructions. We'll new phone froze so we went back they told her to call customer service did that customer service told us to go back to the store. Mind you this is an 84 lady. Very sad that this store has done this. We have been waiting for almost an hour now. Very understaffed.

Like others have previously said... unless you buy something from the store here, they have NO interest in helping you at all. Purchased a new iPhone through Apple (because their care plan is way better and worth it), went to go get new phone set up at this location because I wanted to get a new number and some new accessories. I went in, was not greeted, asked what I was there for and was rudely told that I could do my data transfer at home and did not need to be there. After I was handled with this attitude, I chose to not go on with my business here. Right before this, I went into AT&T with a family member and our customer service experiences were black and white from one another. After dissatisfying and rude customer service at T-Mobile, I took my new phone and went right back to AT&T to get a new phone plan there along with my new number AND all of the accessories. And may i add- AT&T set my new phone up perfectly and did not complain once about doing my data transfer. I get that the world is rough now a days, but customer service is still a thing and speaks measures! I would give zero stars if possible.

I just bought a new iPhone 14 pro from Apple and came here to activate the e sim and told us to call 611 and they can’t help us because and told us that we did not bought it from the store and continue to send us to the Costco to activate the e sim and Costco called them and they told us over the phone they didn’t know how to do that and that they didn’t know what an esim was. then got mad and hung up on us and they started to have a fuss later on we found out that the t mobile wifi box we paid can be on 50$ and the Costco t mobile told us the me can put it on a our account that we’re already are paying for 40$ and told us a lie that the wifi box could worked in Mexico too I cant believe there lying to us smh?♂️

When walking into this store one will get a bad vibe because of the mean glares from the workers, as if you came in and interrupted them. They’re also fake from the start, especially Jesus, who”s sarcastic and thinks he’s like the master of all things T-Mobile. They don’t listen to your concerns and will lie in order to make the sale or make you go away convincing that what they’re doing is a favor to you. All they’re doing is creating more problems.Yes, this is pretty harsh criticism but it seems like I’m not the only one reviewing in this manner. If you like T-Mobile’s service and can’t switch to Verizon, just stay away from this location.

April 12,2023. My family and I had the worst experience there with T-mobile worker who later we came to know as an assistant manager.My husband’s phone was unable to charge, we knew we had to get another phone. my 4 ,3 my six month oldAccompanied us. This assistant manager had a foul mouth using profanity in front of my kids. He always mentioned how he was from the slo store where he told the other employee he missed that store and mentioned how he wanted to kill him self;Because he wasn’t at the store in slo.We were there close to two hours. My six month old was starting to get very hungry and started to fussy since we were there for a long time ; this is we’re he says that’s my cry was the perfect birth control. He also did not respect the request for a different phone. He insisted he was right. We are very unhappy with the phone we also witnessed this same assistant manager make rude face expression and comments about aDisabled veteran.I’ve been a customer of t mobile since 2008 and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. ?I would not recommend to go to this t-mobile site.
