SHOCKING rudeness/hatefulness. This was unlike any customer service. I've never seen anything like this. Three separate associates were directly rude/mean. I am ENTIRELY shocked this could be going on at a Verizon store. HORRIBLE PEOPLE that should not be acting that way at work.

I was helped by a man named edrik. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get a new phone. I strongly recommend making an appointment or else you will be waiting for a long time !!

I checked in at 5:30 to open a new line and wasn't attended until 7pm. Every time I go into this Verizon location, they have different managers, and all seem to follow the same protocol. Every 30 minutes or so I was asked if i still wanted to keep waiting, which only made me feel rejected. While waiting I witnessed 3 customers get angry and frustrated over different circumstances, all of which were reasons to be upset. When I was finally helped at 7:30 I was told the phone I wanted wasn't available and that the credit bureau may have not been open to open the new line. I kept being asked from the manager if I wanted to make an appointment and come back the next day. I was at this same location two years ago and I noticed the same thing happening with other customers. I was also there 6 months ago for an issue with my phone, and I was told to just go to the Apple store. I don't recommend going to this store to purchase a phone.

Gabriella and Christina are the rudest representatives. This is the rudest store. I have never been treated so poorly it is ridiculous. I would not go in here. I will not sit foot in here. They did not honor what Verizon told them to do. They acted like jerks they have attitudes do not shop at this store. Do not go to this Verizon store I promise you you will regret it. I've complained to Verizon Corporate and I hope these two people get fired and the GM as well. They're combative, they act like children (speaking of the management GABRIELLA and CHRISTINA). Christina has been they're for "10 years and knows everything" she said to me. If you've been working anywhere for 10 years you should be at least a manager so you must be pretty lame at your job CHRISTINA. My wife also agreed with me that they are a horrible store and not even worth the time. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience here.

Came into this store and they told us there was 4 people in line ahead of us. 90 minutes later we there were 3 ahead of us. 90 minutes to help one customer is unacceptable. No stars would better, based on other reviews management needs to do better.

Went into this verizon store they only take appointments go somewhere else more helpful. Best Buy or an authorized dealer much more helpful no appointment needed. Treated you like you were at doctor's appointment I ended up somewhere else & got the same thing needed done

Wish I saw the revies first before going to this Verizon branch. Carolyn was very rude and seems like she doesn't care about customers. Gave you the order and thats it. Didnt listen to any on of my concerns, no customer service etiquette at all. Too bad Verizon doesn't have Employee Complaint center. The other staff was helpful. Unfortunately due to present times. This branch doesn't and can't do any of your request like protective screen application, which Caroline said "its easy to place, you can do it yourself". They also gave me the wrong accessory which she said it works fine (they gave me samsung plug instead of apple ) I guess every thing is do it yourself + online tech. Save yourself from the drama and try other branch.

Worst service ever. Would never go to this store. My 85 year old mother went to the store because we were transferring service from AT&T to Verizon. Store employees could not port her number to Verizon and could not transfer her data to new phone. They wanted her to drive to the Apple Store in San Luis Obispo. They charged her for accessories that I got for no charge when I ported my other two numbers at LA downtown Verizon store. One wonders how employees like this continue to be employed at Verizon store.

I was qouted 40 Minute to 1 hour wait time, on a Friday afternoon around 4PM. They said there were 5 people ahead of me. All I needed to do is activate a replacement phone. Who wants to pay over $250/month to wait one hour for their help?
