Extremely rude and inconsiderate. They kept me on hold for 15 minutes minutes. The first 2 times they asked me to hold after that the next 13-20 times the phone rang they would answer and say nothing and automatically put me on hold. Horrible customer service!

Entire lack of compassion for customers time. Having to return several times in order to get medication's picked up because pharmacy staffing levels are low and pharmacist. Don't seem to care for patients.

Unfortunately, the pharmacy department is always under staffed. I was checking on a prescription submitted two days ago that should have been ready yesterday and was on hold for 20 minutes when the phone just cut off. When I called back I was placed in a loop. In my opinion, that is terrible customer service.
