Sad service . I was just in there and an employee told me to press the button for service on the craft and sewing department and I did . We waited 10 minutes no one came so I asked someone else they said the same thing . So we waited more than. Then I asked the Asian lady from the beauty department and she told me the same thing . To press the button and I told her that I have and she just looked at me like she didn't want to hell me then she said I'll call someone . I waited and nope . I decided to leave . Bad service.

I went to Walmart this morning looking for a cabin filter for my car I had to take a pity of the barcode to get to the website. I found my filter but I wanted to make sure I was going to buy the right one. I walked to the automotive desk to ask the people behind it. They didn't acknowledge be I had to ask can you hello me with this question I have. They looked at me like I was crazy I asked would you be able to check if this filter fits my vehicle. The lady looked at she was as rude as hell she told me we do what you do when looking for a part nothing else came out of her mouth. I can see why this Walmart has a 2 star rating with dumb ass people like this working there I will never go back having people working in the automotive department that know nothing about automotives. I have to give a star to post I give 0 stars

Get more checkers and stop harassing when using self checkout. Clean the store as it's not very clean.

The prices at this Walmart were comparable to what I would expect to pay at any other Walmart, and the store was clean and organized. The staff were helpful and friendly, and were able to assist me with finding what I needed...and I had fun dressing up as a boozy reindeer. Overall, my experience at this Walmart was unremarkable but satisfactory. The store had what I needed at reasonable prices, and the staff were helpful.

I hate Wal Mart's new policies for shipping. Most everything I used to order like toiletey items, etc....now are only done thru their new membership program. Sure pay them $99 a year and you can get free shipping.....Almost everything I've ordered in the past...now can only be picked up at the store...so basically I will need to go to the store, because I am not going to let them substitute anything I've ordered. Terrible.......

Today was a very unpleasant experience at Wal Mart I purchase 3 vitamins One A Day Multivitamins and had a 4 $ coupon for the vitamins and they did not honor it. Even tho the employee said " their is a trick we use when coupons dont work" and then another co worker came Dena and she then attempted to help by taking the coupon to the manager Cristy who then started reading the coupon and then she said it was for multivitamin as i said this are multivitamins that i am purchasing she said nothing could be done. i asked the total and the cashier said 184.$ with change and i said i am spending 184 and change whats 4 dollars and she said she couldnt not do anything, even tho the other employees had just mention their system to make coupons work. I did not mention it since it was his bday the next day and didnt want him to get in trouble for saying that. then i asked for baby formula and the manager Cristy said let me see if we can get it it might already be closed. very awful experience after i spend almost 200$

I wish I could give it zero stars. My wife and I were shopping online for grocery delivery. We saw that Walmart had some good prices. Unfortunately, the Santa Maria Walmart is not set up for delivery. About 2 hours after placing the order my wife received an email saying they were unable to deliver. They also charged us $17.95 for delivery when they were unable to do it. I have to drive to the store and pick up the merchandise. The two young men that brought out the groceries had no clue where I was parked. We were extremely disappointed in the poor service, and we will not be placing further orders.
