“I came into this store to have a ring repaired. The young lady behind the counter promptly looked at the ring and determined it was something she was able to do on the spot while I shopped. I have been deciding on a replacement wedding band for my wife and I can tell you without a doubt this is where I will spend my money! Even though I didn't make a purchase this visit, the young lady behind the counter and I believe the owner's daughter (I'm terrible with names) made me feel welcomed and not pressured.
