Very inefficient service provided to clients. I tried calling the branch for an hour, made over 20 calls and no one answered. I was standing in line while I was calling, a very long line that extended to the outside of the building and to the sidewalk. I could heard the phone ring and no one was picking it up. The employees were just ignoring the rings. I was in line for an hour just to do a simple thing that could have been solved if someone picked up the phone. What is the point of having a phone number to the bank if no one is going to answer the phone.

Went in to cash a check that was from a Wells Fargo account and the teller failed to disclose there was a $7.50 service charge fee didn’t know until after I cashed the check. I would’ve went to Walmart. You need to disclose fees upfront not after the fact.

Line out the door and only TWO tellers, there's other people walking around, but clearly this branch doesn't care about customer service. Don't come to this one, go to Nipomo or San Luis Obispo

The worst customer service I have ever received. I walked into the branch to open a new account and was told I needed an appointment. I was told that I could open the account on line and I would not need to make an appointment then. I did as I was told and filled out an application on line. It took about 20 minutes because the computer had to text me and email me and I had to follow instructions to verify my information was accurate. After all of that I was told to make an appointment so I could show 2 forms of ID. (OMG) I made an appointment for 10:30 and when I show up Michelle on E main tells me she doesn't see that I have an application or that I have an appointment. I show her the confirmation emailed to me that I did the app and she said that did not mean anything. I show her the confirmation on my phone of my appointment time and she tells me no one is there to help me that a couple of people are out. She offered to make me an appointment the next week. Lol. Are you kidding. No thank you.

Atms often dont work properly. Lines and wait times are too long. Need allot more experienced tellers and better banker options. You need need ppl standing around w an ipad telling ppl to use an atm. You need people behind the counter

I needed to go to the bank to pull some money out from inside and the bank was not even closed yet, still was open and rude lady tells me the bank is closed. Horrible customer service, you help customers out until time of closing not make them leave 15 mins before closing.

Doing this review on behalf of my grandpa. He can’t stand for a long period of time and uses a walker. He asked if someone could help him cash his check, but if he could sit down while he waited. They told him he couldn’t save his spot like that. They not only accommodate him because of his disability, but didn’t even let him wait sitting down. It’s an older person!!!! What kind of service is that! The girls name was Liz I THINK. She was a shorter Hispanic girl.

Wells Fargo had three strikes with me in one week at three different branches in Santa Maria, Ca. For that reason I will be done with this bank soon. One manager in a desk behind the tellers was eyeing me down as if I owed her something, clearly made me feel belittled on main st. 1450 s Broadway had me wait for one hour and 5 minutes to be helped. Made an appointment to open a business account at 2445 s Broadway, walked next door to Rite aid pharmacy to buy a mask come to find out the banker accepted another client. What's the appointment for if some else can take it without an appointment?!!! Thankfully there are countless banks that know how to appreciate there customers. I will be transferring to another bank, after banking with Wells Fargo for 12 years.

Waited in line 30+ minutes just to be told that I couldn't cash my FEDERAL tax refund check without an account. Complete waist of time. Go to Walmart, cost a couple of dollars, no problems.

I only gave them2 Stars because Monica Enriquez Was Super Nice To Us And Made Our Visit Pleasant, So 2 Stars For Her , On The Other Hand , When We Walked In We Were Asked What Services We Were Needing That Day Than Told To Take A Seat By Jasmine Walking Around With Her I Pad Device , As We Sit For About 10 Minutes I Look Around And See All Bank Representatives Are Available And She Has Not Asked 1 Of Them If They Are Able To Help Us , She Is Too Busy Chatting With Another Staff Member , I Look Around And Make Eye Contact With Monica And She Quickly Comes And Assists Us, She Was Super Helpful , I wouldn't recommend this bank at all

Granted, I have not had to do anything too complicated at this bank, but the few times I have gone inside to handle certain issues (large deposits/withdrawals/etc.), the staff was always patient and polite. I have no complaints and would happily visit again!
