There was a minor mishap with a previous order, and Josh and Francisco were so helpful to reconcile everything! I was definitely NOT a happy camper at first, but I left feeling so grateful that I needed to thank them again here with this review.

Wait was going to be long and there's no numbering system. So I asked the guy who took down my name, and he said I'd be better off going to Geek Squad. So I did and they were great. In Best Buy and solved my thorny problem for free.
