I was at the store on two different occasions and received very good service at both times. In a third moment I ended up giving up because the store was too crowded and I couldn't find immediate service.

The DMV is quicker. That says it all.You’re required to have an appointment to get help. But every time I’m right on time they make you sit down and wait for 30+ mins before you see anyone. Don’t worry, you’ll be in good company next to 10 others just like you.Then comes the diagnostics that you’ve already done yourself that take another 30 minutes. Then there’s the conclusion: you have to replace your device with seemingly no explanation or recourse.Honestly the most bizarre customer support for a product that cost you $3k+.

I went in to change the battery on my iPhone and it was returned to me with a display problem. The display is replaced and again, the phone has the same problem, but despite everything, they would have delivered it to me as repaired. After 4 hours, they make me wait again for more than an hour to speak to the manager who invites me to reset the phone as if it were an existing problem. Unfortunately, as a tourist I didn't have time to make this umpteenth attempt and so I had to leave with a faulty display. Terrible service.

Made a Genius Bar reservation for battery repair, did the diagnostic before arriving. Arrived on time, they made me run the diagnostic again and it took 25 minutes to get my battery repair started.Why ask the customer to run the diagnostic ahead of time if you make them do it at the store anyway.What’s the point of a reservation if you have to wait anyway?2 hours for the repair. Then when they gave me the phone back, the battery was at 25%.Why not charge the replacement battery to at least 50?Genuinely unimpressed. Probably Apple doesn’t read google reviews but you do!
