Such a great workout! It was my first time there and before the class started the instructor (Omar) showed me all the punches and steps. He was really patient and knowledgeable. His class was so fun, challenging, motivating and had great music. Also love that the room is dimly lit, really helps to get in the zone. 10/10... read full comment
