On March 3, at approximately 4 pm, I had to drive an hour to return a pair of Cartel X bindings (the white blurred ones) because the picture on the Burton website are no where near what they actually look like in real life. Once I got there I spoke to a girl who said she was the manager but would not give me her name. she went to the back office, I presume to talk to the manager Aaron, who I knew from before. I saw Aaron sticking his head out the back office door smirking at me, I presume he was watching me frustrated on the security camera. he came out and leaned on the counter and got close to my face, I think he wanted to intimidate me. I got really upset by Aarons behavior because I knew him from before, and though he was a nice guy, not sure what happened this time. frustrated even more now that I knew Burton employees were getting a kick out of my frustration I began to yell, and Aaron responded by yelling back telling me "go, get out, go" as if he was talking to a dog. Whats more frustrating is that I have always purchased Burton products. I purchased two snowboards (freethinker and feel good) and bindings just this season. But I think its time to switch companies because this is what happens when a company get too big. Thank you for the wonderful customer service Burton, it was nice knowing ya. later.

Not a very pleasant experience today in this store. I bought 2 boots (one for myself and one for a friend) and the attendant didn't check the contents of the boxes. The sizes were wrong, and I will need to go back to the store to resolve this issue. Another thing... The attendant didn't show/teach me how the Step On system worked, and now I don't really know how to do it myself. Apart from all that, this attendant simply abandoned me at the checkout and disappeared into the store. And the person who finished my service was Diego. Anyway, I expected more from a Burton flagship store. I was quite disappointed to have to go back there to resolve the issue.

Great experience, very knowledgeable staff. Greeted and helped by Ari, couldn’t have asked for better help and support! He knew exactly what was best for me based on my snowboarding experience and current setup, didn’t oversold me and provided great customer service. Definitely coming back for more!

They didn't allow me to use a fitting room to try on pants. I was ready to buy but didn't know my size. Make that make sense.

The store has all of your snowboarding needs and the staff are absolutely amazing and know their stuff. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are a new or seasoned rider looking for gear/equipment.

This is a general Burton online review. I have purchased many stuff from burton and spent a lot of money and I like the brand.However, there customer service is really bad. If you read this you guys need to work on customer support.I purchased a board bindings boots mittens for the season and wanted to return the mittensThey charge money for return labels, and their customer service is bad.

The manager and the team at the store are fantastic! Always super friendly and incredibly helpful.While ‘online Burton’ was asking me to ship my suitcase at my own expense and with weeks of waiting, the manager not only offered to ship it himself for free but also provided free wheel replacements, installing them himself at no charge!These folks have earned my business for the foreseeable future.

Perhaps the best customer service experience of the whole year. Everyone who works there are all warm, exceedingly knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. Can't wait to upgrade my setup. And a big shout out to Aaron who is the sh*t!

So I visited the one and only Burton shop in SoCal on my birthday and it was one of the best decisions I've made. As a beginner going for intermediate I came for my first set of snow gears, Matt helped me with everything and literally everything lol, from snowboard, boots, pants to helmet and goggles. He was being very professional and patient with me going over every detail information that's best for me (I was picky on choices of goggles cosmetics but Matt was patiently helping me with my decision), and the best part is that I got everything 20% off today because it's my birthday! Big thank to Matt who mentioned it to me and it's my best birthday for the past few years since COVID lol. I'll come and shop again on my next birthday.

Had an amazing experience at Burton, and I've gotta give a shoutout to Blake for making it even better! I've been to a few shops before, but Blake took the time to understand what I needed and didn't rush the process. He helped me pick out some awesome gear and walked me through everything, making sure I get exactly what i needed. Blake knows his stuff, and his advice made the whole process easy. He seriously deserves a raise for his outstanding knowledge in everything.

I've riding for 20+ years and went in to the store on Black Friday to upgrade some gear (Custom X, EST bindings & SLX boots) and the staff was super helpful and friendly! Definitely worth the drive up from SD. Ride on and I'll see you on mountains! CheersPS, the puppers were pretty cool too.

Spent half the day here to purchase a whole loadout and outwear. Staff were unbelievably helpful and answered an unending barrage of questions as I attempted to learn the nuances in all the gear.Shoutout especially to Aaron whose incredibly knowledgeable and Pablo for his exceptional patience/service.Manager Bella gave a little discount for some scuffs on a piece of new gear as well.What more can you ask for? They’re training up a lot of new staff atm, but experts didn’t hesitate to jump in and help when needed.A+

Blake was so knowledgeable and definitely helped us with the purchase of boots, bindings and snowboarding helmet. Because of Blake we certainly made the right purchases. He represents Burton very well!
