Great service, very helpful staff. I went in 10 minutes before my appointment time, a staff saw me waiting in the middle of no where quickly came and asked if I need anything? And I said “I have an appointment and I came early, I’ll wait no worries”. He then quickly helped to direct me to my appointment manager. Mxxx was extremely helpful and very patient, did her best to help process my account opening and credit card approval.Make an appointment online a day before is adequate.Ps: I enjoyed sitting in that very aesthetically pleasing office.

Needed help with a transaction that I'd never done before, and the woman with the beautiful, long, blonde, hair was so helpful, and even assisted.Before I got to that window, the teller with black hair, and glasses, threw the "Next Window" sign in - in my face then arrogantly turned and walked away, eating a piece of candy.I wanted to say, "_itch! Don't you know I speak with Mr. "D"!" I used to be a teller, and would be courteous enough to say to customers, " I'm sorry; I have to close my window now, but the next teller will help you..." But that's just me.No problem, though! As life has proven, she'll get her karma!

If you want to be treated with dignity and respect - DON'T come here. If you are a POC AND want to be treated rudely and dismissed like a 2nd class citizen - then this is the place for you!! It's so hard to get an appt with a banker these days - and we waited over a week for this appt. As a thoughtful customer, I arrived to my Appt 15 mins before my scheduled time. Our banker waltz's in 5 mins after our scheduled time holding a latte telling me that she didn't have time to complete our 45 min appt and that I needed to reschedule. Totally Non-apologetic and With absolutely NO regard nor value for my time spent there - as a potential customer. There was not even an attempt for service recovery! She then continues to belittle me in the middle of the lobby - telling me that there are fees associated with these accounts. Yes - miss what ever your name is - I've opened many accounts before. Really? You're going to school me about the $12 monthly fee - like it's going to scare me away? Don't talk to me like I'm rookie at all this - MARY has no class, no tact, and should not be working customer service roles! She is condescending and talks down to people. Yes - I heard the way you talk to your POC co worker. She was so RUDE to her as if she was gods greatest gift on earth! The co-worker on the other hand - such a pleasure to deal with - Had I been able to schedule an appt with her over Mary - Chase would have had our business right now. Your POC CO-worker should report you to HR for harassment and being so demeaning in the workplace especially in front of the customers! Do like I did people - take your business elsewhere!!!

Where is the time you could just walk into a Chase branch and get basic service? You can't keep using the pandemic as an argument for having 10 desks but zero bankers to help someone simply open a new account for his senior mother. In one day I went to 5 Chase branches and not 1 branch, including this one, that would help a good old walk-in. They simply sent me, a Chase Private client with a pretty high cash balance, back home.How many empty desks do your branches need to get to until your CEO has the year-end bonus he wants? After 15 years of banking with Chase, I'll move all my assets elsewhere. My money is worth more than this.

If you are a Chase Private client, a great branch to visit. The branch is clean, has an open layout, and plenty of light. They are a bit short staffed due to COVID-19, but they are extremely friendly and thorough in the work.We are not from the area, but they were happy to help process our wire promptly.

Chase Business is the worse. I've gone round and round with these guys at both SM branch offices on just trying to open a business checking account and credit card. Should have taken 1 visit but instead I'm in Dante's circle of hell. Wish I'd taken my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, everyone is rude, not helpful, never offer suggestions nor alternatives, left to my own devices and research regarding things they should know. Staff not knowledgeable, act like they don't want to be there, always rushed, machines don't work just all around a sh*tty service and location

Erick and Jeff are absolutely amazing. I've banked with BofA, Wells Fargo, and now Chase - and I wish I could take all of my business to them now. Super fast responses. They know what they're talking about. Very efficient. In and out. Truly amazing experiences after years of working with Wells Fargo. Honestly I'm shocked. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH.
