Tsehay Asfaw is horrible at her job. She lacks empathy or any executive problem solving skills when it comes to very serious banking issues. She does not advocate for her clients. she lacks any awareness of her facial expressions and was smiling at me while telling me there was no hope in chase recovering my wire transfer funds. She did not care. full stop. shame on her and chase bank.

Brenda is the most amazing and helpful person at Chase Bank! I had been having troubles with Subaru Motor Finance, and Brenda went above and beyond to help me figure out what the problem was when nobody else would help me at Subaru. She followed up with me, and has been such a nice person to work with at this location. Thank you so much, Brenda!

My account was locked due to fraudulent activity as I was trying to send money to my family in New Orleans because of hurricane Ida. I just happened to be passing this location on Main Street deciding to pop in. I was greeted by a friendly man. I was asked to wait. A banker named Hugo approached me at 10:55am. I was told by Hugo he had a meeting at 11am and he would be with me after. There was no direction on how long I’d wait or if there was anyone else who could help me. I’ve never felt so unimportant. The worse customer service I’ve received.

Nobody ever working, nobody answer the phone. I went in today, because I had to zelle my rent by 930am today or I get fined. I tried to zelle at 8am, I was locked out of my account. Phone customer service couldn't help, referred me to a branch, went there, they were more then useless. Still didn't solve my problem. Overall as bad as wells fargp may be, Chase is even worth worse! Try and fathom that, hard right? This branch is the worst of the worst management down the line was incredibly useless. Grab another bank, this place is awful!

My complaint is with Alonso who works at this branch. My husband and I went into this branch with a very important situation and was meet with indifferent, rudeness and lack of empathy. We asked to speak to the manager who was in a meeting and Alonso told us to go sit in our car while other customers were allowed to wait the lobby. He clearly just wanted to get rid of us. We just wanted to be heard and have some action taken and he told us there was nothing they could do to help. We waited for the manager Brenda, who was very kind and listened to our problem. She gave us a course of action she was going to take. That was all we wanted, Alonso is in the wrong job.
