Comerica has been my bank for 9 years. They have always had what I consider the best people a bank could hope for. Now at 4th and Wilshire, they are prompt, friendly, and very conscientious. One of their people went out of her way to help me get a card -- and remove certain charges from my statements. I have rarely had to wait at all -- only once that I can remember.

A woman name Sandra in the Comerica Bank on Wilshire in Santa Monica (near 4th Street) is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. She seems to have no idea of what customer service means or how to speak to customers. People like that have no business working with the public and dealing with customers. She apparently has no control over what comes out of that mouth and spoke to me as if I was a teenager and she was my mother. I am a 60-year-old woman. I can’t wait to find another safety deposit box at a different bank so that I can pull my business 100% from this bank. B of A was MUCH nicer, but had a waitlist for safety deposit boxes.

there's discrimination in this bank about the color or language that one speaks, and it's amazing that nowadays there are people who allow these things.

Great opportunity to have some of the best client service. Real old-fashioned customer relations.

Love this bank and the employees, especially the Santa Monica location. A great banking experience. Not sure what these other people are talking about. Have had nothing but amazing customer service.

I love coming to Comerica bank on 5th St. All of the staff are very friendly and remember my name. I would recommend this bank to anyone.

Utterly goddamn atrocious. Horrible customer service and ridiculous funds availability policy. It seems they change there depository agreement at will.

Really bad interest rates, even for a bank. Beware their introductory rates and employees who make promises to keep an eye on your account and extend the introductory rates. I thought the employees were really nice up until I realized they had been lying to me and would not take responsibility for their actions. It didn't cost me that much because the second I realized they had been BSing me and wouldn't make amends I moved my money. I realize most banks suck these days, and unfortunately, this is another example.
