The front of the store (32nd & Wilshire, Santa Monica) had so much trash on the ground that I thought the store was closed when I first walked up. Every morning before the store opens, someone at the store should clean up the entryway. It's disgusting that management cares so little, and that includes the Regional Manager.

They’re always either losing my prescription or saying I already picked it up but then finally finally admitting that they told the insurance company that I picked it up, but they just want the money sooner

I had worst experience here, I have clearly told them I want passport photos in white background and when he clicked photograph it was white background but when took print it was something else. The guy told me there software is compliant with country specific visa, however when I went for visa interview they rejected my photos stating background is not white. I have wasted unnecessary money and time. Never go to this shop for photos

Nobody answers when an employee is called to open the door of the products that are locked. It's not the first time. Especially at the 3202 Wilshire store.

DO NOT take your photos to get developed here. The employees are absolutely careless. It was over a month and I hadn’t received my developed roll. I went in to inquire only to find out the receipt no. is not even registered in the system and they had lost my roll. It makes me extremely sad that I lost so many important memories.

Absolutely every time I come here to get my medicine I am treated like a piece of crap. Elias is the coldest. Everyone here is so rude and dismissive and bitter. I am new to the pharmacy life as I have just now had my first complications with my health at 47. People come here that are sick and needing care, and they do not need to be treated horrid and dismissive like Elias has repeatedly. We are all not pharmacist, so please take a little time and actually care for those coming to you for their medication's. Shame on you, Elias.

The CVS at 3202 Wilshire, Santa Monica has an outstanding pharmacy.Additionally, the store is well-stocked with outstanding store help along with helpful cashiers.

Prescription put in at 11am and i called they at 5pm for a status. Response was it will not be able to fill due to stock issues and there was not communication. They are transferring prescriptions to another cvs with stock, but by no means any help from cvs pharmacy.

The staff here are always under incredible pressure, but I’ve always experienced them being as helpful as they can and being efficient.

I like this CVS, the staff is very helpful and considerate. It's clean, they keep it stocked, and will check if item can be ordered. Sometimes items are backordered, but eventually it shows up. Coupons abd discounts are really generous and helpful for tight budget. The pharmacy is good too, and there is both store parking (underneath) and street parking.

I came here to pick up medication. They had it, they gave it to me, and that was pretty much what I expected them to do. I see a lot of reviews for this location that are less than stellar, and I think they are being unfair and are possibly expecting too much from a CVS pharmacy. Do they have the best customer service? No, not buy a longshot, but that's why people should go to Nordstrom if that is what they are looking for. If, however, you are just looking to buy some crappy Russell Stover candy to give someone that you don't really care that much about, or you need to pick up greeting cards, Epson salt, a blood pressure meter, a thermometer, or just some medication because you have the sniffles or allergies... This place more than suits those needs. So, haters, keep on hating but maybe do it some other place.

It was a great shopping trip and I found a lot of great stuff. Both team members working in the store were helpful and kind.
