My Boyfriend sent me flowers for Valentine’s Day and they were horrible! Not only were they still in the plastic, grocery store like packaging, they were just placed in a vase, with absolutely no water and the flowers were dead. When I reached out to them, I had to leave a message. When they did call me back, it was to just asked me to email them pictures of the flowers, without even offering sincerity or an apology. After a few hours, I had to call to see if they’d even received my photos, they said their manager was reviewing and they would get back to me, but provided no eta. It wasn’t until the end of the day that I was contacted, and for them to say that they would be refunding the card. Again with no apology or offer of replacement, just that they were refunding us.Needless to say, NEVER again!

My order was missing the additional chocolate dipped strawberries I paid for. Called immediately after receiving the order. There was no response, I left a message and they did not return my call. I called again and was informed that the manager would call me back. This has not happened either. Take your business elsewhere or you'll end up paying more for unsupplied items and poor customer service.

I have been a customer of edible arrangements for years and will not be returning. If I could give a 0 rating I would. Horrible customer service, especially from the "manager" Monica. She has zero customer service skills, a very bad attitude, and speaks in a condescending manner. I placed an order online and selected same day "guaranteed" delivery which I also paid for- I got a call from the store saying they close early and can't deliver my item the same day. The staff on the phone said the website doesn't reflect the actual store hours..... I was told it would be delivered the next morning. If the website had an accurate description, based on what the staff says, I would have never originally ordered from here and would have gone elsewhere where I would have had same day delivery. I agreed since at that point anywhere I would order from wouldn't have a same day delivery. I asked for the manager to call me the next day since I paid for guaranteed same day delivery and it clearly was not. I didn't get a call from the manager of course, so I called the store and had the not so pleasure of speaking to Monica. She was giving me condescending "mhm's" throughout the conversation. Initially she said I could "call corporate" if I have an issue and so I asked for the phone number and she says "ya you can get that from the website." I asked for it directly from her and she just kept saying "go on the website" in a very rude tone. The phone number is actually not even on the website. It just lets you leave a written message for someone to give you a call back about any issues, which I have still not received a call back for. The quality of service overall has gone extremely down. Do not shop at edible arrangements!

I went in yesterday to get a box of a dozen chocolate covered fruit for my birthday reward that they do, I had asked if I could get a box of only choc-strawberries and the girl there said I couldn't but that it's a assortment. She went and checked and came back saying I could if I wanted however only a half dozen strawberries were done. For some reason she said it'd take 40 minutes to get another 6 strawberries covered in chocolate and at that point I decided I'd come back and pick up my dozen the next day. Well I just opened my box and it's not even the box I went through all the trouble and waiting to get, I only wanted a simple box of chocolate strawberries and I got the original arrangement. What did she do in those "40 minutes" I'm so confused why it was such a problem for me to receive 1 fruit just to get what I wasn't even promised. A waste of time and gas in my opinion and disappointing for a birthday reward :/

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. Never buy from them they will screw up your order. Mine was never delivered and they didn’t even give me a refund!!!!!

Terrible communication has business hours for 6pm arrived at 1:20pm and manger was like we closing at 2pm per owner.

I guess it was my fault for not reading the reviews! Horrible customer service. The manager had a very awful attitude on the phone and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. I would not have patronized this store if not for being in a bind.The one star is for the nice delivery driver who was very helpful. Otherwise this place would get zero stars.

Driver was extremely late.The cupcakes were smashed.They also forgot the ballon I added as well.I spent almost $200 and ordered ahead of time to have it delivered on Valentine's Day.My wife had to wait at her job after her shift because there was a (mix up) with the delivery.Bad experience.

Placed an online order on December 22, 2022 as a 50th anniversary gift. The order was delivered to the hotel the anniversary couple was staying just down the street from the Edible Arrangement store in Santa Monica, Ca. My friends picked up the fruit arrangement from the front desk and took it up to their room. My friends took off the cellophane wrap and noticed the strawberries were unripe. My friends walked the short distance to the edible arrangement store and asked that the unripe fruit be replaced with ripe fruit. The replacement fruit was still unacceptable and refused to take the arrangement with them back to the hotel. In this day and age there is no reason to include unripe fruit in any edible arrangement. I buy fruit tarts from a well known bakery and the fruit they use is always ripe. Why can't the edible arrangement fruits be the same way. As the gift giver I'm in the middle of this. My friends didn't get the 50th anniversary gift I gave them and the Edible Arrangement store will not refund my money. I have sent several edible arrangement gifts in the past and never have had an issue.

I love sending arrangements in lieu of flowers. They are usually amazing. The fruit is usually outstanding huge strawberries and very good quality. This past one I was very disappointing. It Seemed like they ran out of fruit and had to the nearby grocery store and got their strawberries. They were tiny and not to the standard I usually expect from them.

In my experience, there was some technical difficulties but it was all made whole by a very contentious staff that helped us through it and hooked it up!!

NATALIA: Horrible attitude and BAD Customer ServiceANTONIA: ( MANAGER) Unprofessional no kind of Customer Service need to be REPLACED. Not to mention ANTONIA = MANAGER told me lies about my order which I don't understand because everything been paid for.
