not a good location. called ahead to ensure there would be a vehicle for me. I gave the associate my reservation number & he no worries, hurried me off the phone and said to just call when I arrive at body shop. he assured me they had something available for me. body shop notified them, pick up was great. upon arrival, the associate is very slow to check in with me, no sense of urgency. goes out to the lot, comes back and says they have no cars & offers me a minivan. i cant drive that, so now he's trying to call other locations to find something. I am now going to be late for work because of this. It's now costing me a huge inconvenience especially when I tried to be proactive Now I have to go to another location, 20 mins away. Now puts me further out. Im now riding in an Uber with two employees to get there quicker to try to get out as soon as possible. Daniel was great & so was the gentleman who drove me to the first location. really unhappy with the service.

Do yourself a favor and seek out a different enterprise location. Poor communication, dishonest employees, and ultimately a $2500 unauthorized charge on my account that Enterprise Corporate has refunded me and reprimanded branch manager.

Very unprofessional. Their sales team was misleading and manipulative. Not to mention multiple customers, including myself, were waiting in the waiting room while employees were outside, talking and laughing.

I can't begin to explain how wonderful the experience was. Professional, fast, friendly, and full service. It was so easy, the prices were super reasonable and the cars I rented (while waiting for my insurance claim), we're beautiful and new. The best customer service. They will pick you up and it doesn't even take long.

I had the easiest, smoothest car rental experience at this Enterprise at 2703 Santa Monica Blvd -- that I've ever had! Daniel and Lizzie, just made everything so simple, quick and "taken care of" in a way that made me always want to just call them when I need a car rental. Their customer service was absolutely the best, and I was given a Mini Cooper the same as I drive, so going from my car to theirs was seamless. I definitely have my rental spot in LA for life! And if they are the example of how enterprise runs its operation, you know I'm always going to use their company. The Best!

First time I’ve used the 2703 Santa Monica branch. I walked in, met by Jeff who was attentive and helpful in providing the car that suited my needs. The entire transaction was hassle free. Didn’t suffer the 100 questions to make sure I was legit nor the constant interruptions I’ve experienced at other rental locations including Enterprise with the annoying, “Excuse me while I take this call…” or “I have to go outside to check in a car being returned, just have a seat. Or stand since all the chairs are occupied. I just said this is me, verified it, handed over my card, signed - then Jeff walked me around the car to check and look for any prior cosmetic dents. Thank you and bye Jeff. Came back a week later to extend the rental for another week, there was a young lady whose name I didn’t catch and she was as efficient as Jeff, albeit cuter. That took less than two minutes as they already had my card on file. Thank you guys.

Just as an update for the Yelp world: BAD BAD BAD I did contact customer service and got a response from an entry team member who also told me management would contact me directly but never did. That was November 29. No word from ANYONE. not even to check on our safety after the ordeal. This month I am renting from HERTZ! They are a fourth of the cost. If you're gonna deal with a company that has no customer service... just pick the cheapest option. And again NEVER GO TO THIS SPECIFIC ENTERPRISE unless you are willing to risk your life for a very expensive car that was not safety checked.

My wife and I have rented cars from this location over 5 times and each time has been seamless. Ally and Suzie are a delight, they’re efficient and generally just nice to deal with. Whether it’s over the phone or in person, they’re both professional and upbeat in their service.

My dealer does not offer rental but could reimburse so I went to this closest car rental by my place. It's never fun when your car has a recall with no certain completion date. Susie has been more than patient and helpful with the whole thing. I was able to pick up the car right away and got it done in 10 min. This will be my go to from now!

I usually don’t like to leave bad comments for a company or people. There were two girls when I went to pick up the car. While one of the team members seemed more reasonable and polite, I found the manager Suzy to be very unprofessional for the following reasons:1. She is not a good listener and responds emotionally based on previous experiences that she had with other customers and reflects on her new customers. In other words, she is unable to communicate efficiently with her customers.2. She is rude and impolite, and to a certain degree racist. Rather than trying to persuade and talk reasonably with the customer who had language barrier, she kicks them out.3. She changed her word twice. Once, when I was late by about a few minutes, she canceled my appointment saying that she does not have a car (what kind of enterprise runs out of car with 5 min of delay). Second time, when I arrived on time (or even a few minutes earlier) she promised me a car, confirmed all the information, asking me to wait for the car, and then she changed her word saying now we will charge you extra if you basically want to get the car that you were waiting for. Just because now we have a cheaper car! Which I found very unethical. And told her I would still take the cheaper but leave her an honest review, where she kicked me office.

I called SUZI to rent a car. SHE informed me a owed A DEBT, I discussed paying it off and SUZI said she would not rent to me. Super unprofessional and I 100% guarantee as a manager of a branch she DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY to refuse service. I will be reporting her and do not recommend this branch.

Suzy is the BEST! She is a manager extraordinaire and went completely out of her way to help me when she saw that I was being wronged by the insurance company in terms of which car I was given. She stood up for me and succeeded in fixing the issue. She is incredible with all of her customers (I saw her being equally amazing with others). I will drive the extra distance to return to this location because of Suzy.
