This location is great! It’s very calm, not too crowded, and the workers are always nice and friendly. The store is pretty clean and has all the essentials you might need. They also have a printing area where you can do it yourself which is super convenient. Free Parking lot is available in the back, with meters in the front, making it easy to get in and out.

Absolutely impossible to get ahold of this location. I had a package held here while I was on vacation. After 20 min on the phone with Fedex they assured me it would be held an additional day at this location until I returned.
But instead they shipped the order back to the sender.

They charged me $500 more than the receipts they gave me at the store. Thanks to the timely responses of the employees at the store, finally I got the refund.

FedEx never notified me of my package being delivered to their facility, then sent it back to the original sender as it was never picked up. I called customer service and they apologized and said they could do nothing. How are customers supposed to pick up their packages if their tracking number are never updated nor are they notified via email or phone of it being delivered to the store??? Horrible experience.

I go here monthly to send a cold shipment (not dry ice) to colleagues. I would have to say that usually I can arrive and have it done rather quickly. It really depends on the employee- I think they might struggle to have the best and most efficient staff at times. However, it almost always gets done it a timely way, with very few lines on Tuesday mornings. One bad experience was when they stopped my package because they "thought" it had dry ice in it - even though I explicitly said it did not, and certified this for them on the screen. I had to wade though phone menus and customer service peple who were very unhelpful, just to get someone in the store and confirm, AGAIN, that it did NOT have dry ice in the package. A huge and unnecessary hassle for my day.
