This is my go to place for tires and inspections. They always treat me well and care. You can make appointments to save time when requesting service. Pricing is also reasonable. I recommend them and go there first.

Walking into Firestone Complete Auto Care, I found myself amidst a crew of friendly faces, their smiles promising a swift end to the day's unexpected drama--a simple tire repair. With an appointment set for 2:00pm and a quoted wait time of 1.5 hours, the narrative seemed straightforward. However, as the afternoon unspooled, the plot thickened. The initial estimate morphed into an endless wait, transforming my day into a test of patience. The congeniality of the staff, while initially comforting, began to wear thin as the hours ticked by. Their assurances, once a beacon of hope, now felt like empty words. With each passing moment, it became evident that their grasp on time was tenuous at best, perhaps indicative of a deeper disconnect with the reality of their own service timeline or an overzealous attempt to maintain a facade of optimism. As the clock's hands mercilessly swept toward 6pm, the reality of my situation set in. My car, still untouched, sat as a monument to wasted time in the service bay, just as the garage prepared to close for the day. The frustration at this point was palpable. The staff's unchanging demeanor, once a source of comfort, now served as a stark contrast to the growing sense of urgency and disbelief. "Your car is next" is not that helpful considering I'm the only one here in the waiting room at 6:15pm and I'm watching all the mechanics leave for the day. ** Basically, I came in with an appointment at 2pm and was given a time estimate of 1.5 hours. Since I had my laptop and a load of emails to attend to, I opted to wait. At around 4pm with no sign of any progress on my car, I asked again what a reasonable estimate might be, and was told "my car was next" in the bay closest to the office, which was just a routine inspection and it would be just another hour. An hour passes and I notice that the "routine inspection" had turned into a new battery, 4 new tires, and an alignment. 30 minutes pass (30 minutes before closing time, mind you) and I see that someone has lifted the car with a jack, and I am hopeful that I will be getting out by 6pm. 6pm rolls around and I notice several of the technicians clocking out for the day and leaving. Only around 6:20 did Karent finally ask theone remaining technician to inspect the vehicle, a good 4+ hours after I arrived with an appointment. I then had to come BACK the next day in order to get a new tire installed. To everyone's credit, everybody was very pleasant to deal with, and I don't know where the breakdown is, whether they don't get a whole lot of feedback from the technicians as to what the workload is, or they are afraid to actually tell us that it will take 6 hours to fix a tire, but ultimately I would have been a lot less frustrated had they just told me it would have taken 4.5 hours so I could plan my day accordingly instead of stringing me along the way they did.

Very disappointing customer service. The store manager Jennifer Arlon needs training on customer service and leadership. I walked in today for my scheduled 3pm appointment and was left waiting for 5 minutes until the cashier acknowledged my existence. After the cashier (turned out to be the manager) said hi I let them know I had scheduled 3pm appointment in which I was cut off and told that "my representative called you to cancel, I was right here when they called" leaving me puzzled as I did not receive a call. Turns out the cashier/manager was speaking about a different customer in which I was told they dont have another appointment at this time so I must be wrong. I then corrected Jennifer to not tell and to provide some sort of help because what she was offering was not ok. I requested for a regional phone number as I was concerned with this experience but denied. Very disappointed that Firestone allows someone with this poor of customer service to be the face of the company at such a prime location 0 out of 0. Horrible

I had the absolute worst customer experience one could possibly have. In short, upon picking my vehicle up after having an oil leak and starter issues I returned to a vehicle with more issues than when I dropped it off. My windows would not roll up as they used to, new lights appeared on my dashboard, and my vehicle was abruptly throwing itself into park when trying to reverse. I then left the car there for a few extra days for the "new issues" to get addressed. Upon returning to pick my vehicle up a second time, I noticed a brand new scratch right on the side of my car. Long story short, the store manager was extremely rude, I had to follow up 5 times to get a claim number, and upon hearing from the "corporate claims team", they are denying my claim and refusing to fix the scratch that they put on my vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THE TEAM IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DON'T ADMIT FAULT WHEN THEY DO SOMETHING WRONG!

I am not happy with the service I receive from the Manager to the others service writers. They are not customer friendly they are very short with the customers they talk to you like they know everything and you know nothing about cars. Your last 2 managers for this location knew how to treat customers and got to know there customers. these people could care less.

It's been almost 10 years. Every now and then I would try to go to other commercial shops, but Firestone has not failed me or tried to swindle me like crazy.

I brought my car in for a noise and thought I knew what it was. They correctly diagnosed the problem, which was not what I thought, and were able to offer a repair without adding on unnecessary repairs that a dishonest shop could have based on my initial complaints. The car was fixed in one day, and everyone was very polite / professional.

Stay away. What was supposed to be a simple tire change spiralled into an 8 hour nightmare of incompetence and miscommunication. The mechanics damaged my rims before giving up on the job, and the two individuals working the front (who are not mechanics) didn't seem to have any idea what was going on. One of them was ok, the other one was downright rude to me. It was a horrible experience and i rarely review anything this low.

I don't know if there's new management or what is going on. I always go to this location with an appointment and I'm out within 45 minutes. But today we showed up with an appointment, were not told that it would take longer and we're still here 3.5 hours later. And now they're saying it's because they had to wait for certain technicians to do an inspection on the car, when all we asked for was an oil change and to check the tire pressure.Waste of our time and our money. Makes me want to never go back to Firestone.

I had great experience at firestone's Manhattan Beach store and at Santa Monica store. Both sales people were great.Polite. Listened and helpful. At these locations and fid their best to find me a good deal on the tires.I ultimately bought the tires at Santa monica locationOnly complaint at Santamonica store is, there was no Coldwater or coffee available for customers waiting for long time. And TV is hung too high, hurt my neck to look up and watch

Didn’t know how to work with our Tesla Model 3. Instead of aligning our car, they messed it up, created errors throughout the car — traction busted, regenerative braking busted, autopilot busted, lane change assistance busted. And had no idea how to fix it. Plus, the car pulled to the right badly after the ‘alignment’. Wasn’t pulling until they got their hands on it. Took the whole day and just handed us the car at the end and shrugged. So bad. Left us with a car that was dangerous to drive. Terrible experience. Tesla owners should avoid this place. The La Cienega location is better, but they couldn’t fix all the problems that these jokers caused. Forced to drive without traction, autopilot, and a ton of safety features for days until it could be fixed.

RUN!!! Whoever is in charge at this place right now, is robbing people blind!Even though I was there for just a couple of hours. Every single customer that had their car looked at, they would be told about these complications with their cars that just popped out of nowhere. So if they didn't get it fixed right now, then you know how it goes. Then the prices they would add were crazy. I'm talking high hundreds well into thousands.Charging just to take a grneral look at cars, and also tried to charge 60 or so to patch a tire.So yeah, run.I came here 2 years ago, and it was day and night. So things might get better with new people.
