The attitude of the store clerk was not very good. Haha, it’s annoying because I’m an Asian. ^_^ I didn’t understand that special offers are not allowed to be returned. I just asked her to explain it again. I was impatient and asked her if I can just tap card. I ignored her. You can go to another store forever21.

Decent location overall, pretty big, clean, well lit. They had a good selection of merchandise, so it was fun browsing, checking the store out. My first time here, I used to shop at the location on the Promenade. The fitting rooms were fine, customer service was OK, not amazing but decent. I don't shop at this chain that often but I usually like to check it out, see if anything fits my needs since prices are still reasonable and the style is trendy, hip and fun. I like to keep my options open!

I made a purchase completely alone. There were no other customers. Being forever 21, I am concerned about the stability of the premises.The mall was empty.The employees were friendly.

This company has age discrimination. The staff asked my age and said "I thought you were 20" Then she put my application somewhere randomly and told me she will give it to the HR. Of course they never called. I was so uncomfortable about they asking my age, this is the first time that somebody ask my age during interview. I looked it online, this kind of behavior is actually illegal. It's age discrimination. Obviously, it's not the interviewer's personal action, it's more of the company's culture.

Worst customer experience. I went to the fitting room and the blond lady treated me like I was about to steal something. She was very rude to me like controlling everything and letting the ones behind me in before me. Also the cashiers, didn't say thanks bye or whatever. What's wrong with these people? Do you have turists or what?

Everyone here is so helpful, this store is so much cleaner and more organized than most forever 21 stores. Also I noticed that the camaraderie at the store is very laid back. I felt welcomed and was offered help, 2 cute sweet girls helped me picked out an awesome co-ord set fit for my birthday. Can't wait to wear it!! Most definitely will be back to shop at this location.
