If you have a Mercedes, this is a fantastic place to get service. It's sort of a weird thing to say but I only buy Mercedes because I can take it here for service and I know I will get honest, excellent work for a fair price. I've been going to Herbert for over 15 years with four different Mercedes I've owned. Over this time he has saved me a lot of money on repairs. Things that the dealer said would cost me thousands of dollars Herbert would find a better solution that was a lot more cost-effective.One time when I brought my C class over to him for a repair he looked at it and told me the problem was on recall from the manufacturer and I should take it to the dealer because they would fix it for free. It's hard to find honesty here in this town, and Herbert is the best.

very poor and unfriendly customer service. they must not need new business. called several times to ask about my car problem, different people made me feel like they are being bothered and kept telling me to call back! Really?They just aren't interested.And rather then telling a potential client to call back wouldn't it be the right thing to do TO TAKE THE PERSON'S NAME AND NUMBER AND CALL THEM BACK ???????

Herbert is a man of integrity. He is so knowledgeable and never tries to sell you something you don't need. He nearly apologizes when he calls to say your car needs something. My MBZ is over 50 years old and has it running perfectly. Highly recommended.

Herbert has been servicing my Mercedes for many years. I always recommended him to anyone who owns a MBZ. He's incredibly knowledgeable and only works on Mercedes. He is the absolute BEST!!! He is honest and efficient and his staff is also terrific. The front office is run by Herbert's sister, Bridgitte, who is also lovely. I cannot recommend Herbert enough!

We have been with Herb close to 10 years. Excellent service, very honest, wonderful mechanics including Herb, great staff. He works on only Mercedes. He is the best!!! The only man I would trust to touch my classic car. He has a great heart, he cares. If you have a Mercedes, this is the man & place. Highest recommendation!!!

The Only place you should go for Mercedes repair in the LA area and beyond. They are specialists in classic Benz's with a deep knowledge of carb repair and other things other shops claim to know but are truly clueless.

Herbert is the most honest man that I ever met. I took my car there years ago and moved away, but I will never forget how much he helped me and how honest and professinal that he was. I am glad to ssee that alfter all of these years that he is still there.

I like the people over there -- they do good things because they want to do them and at a fair price, not because they are trying to get more money out of you. They definitely have decent prices for SoMA and they are straight up with you. I had some minor issue that they helped me resolve in an extremely satisfactory manner. Thanks Virginia!

I have been bringing my car here for a long time and they are always thorough. They listen to what is wrong and make the repairs in a timely fashion. I never feel that they do anything that is not needed and their prices are great.
