Employees will tell you that because their change rooms have been closed since Covid, that their return policy on clothes is 90 days return because you can't try them on in the store. This is a lie. When I came back within the week to return some clothes because they did not fit properly, the employee at the cashier said their system isn't accepting returns at the moment. Coming back another week later and speaking to Eddie Padgett (Manager), he informed me that there are no returns on clothes whatsoever. He said the policy is what is on the receipt, which is 60 days and only exchanges, and then gives me a phone number to corporate that has a message saying corporate is closed indefinitely, lol. Why were we lied to? Beware. This location is shady.

Parking at the street meter is $2.50 an hour, give me a break. Since I was able to find a good spot close by, I figured why not just enjoy shopping. Nice store and I did find a few things, but when I got to the register, I was told they were not able to do exchanges. I was not happy about this and felt like I wasted my time and money just to come down to this location.

The manager (distinctive purple, curly hair) at this store displayed remarkable rudeness. My intention was simply to inquire about donating items and find out when and where I could do so. Despite my repeated polite attempts with "Excuse me" and "Hello," she passed me three times without acknowledging me. When I asked once more, she responded with an attitude, mentioning that they were at full capacity. Maybe she was having a bad day but, regardless, a little bit of friendliness can go a long way…

I hadn't been to this location so I stopped in to see if there was anything good. One thing that really stood out was the ridiculously high prices on everything. $20 for used Lululemon, $25 for Tommy Bahama pants- this store is crazy. I found a nice used purse that was missing a price tag. I handed it to the manager Eddy and asked him for a price. He came back several minutes later and handed me the bag with a $40 price tag on it! Hey dude- newsflash- you work at goodwill not Nordstrom! Wtf!

This location used to have decent items and basically all in good condition. Now it’s a hit or miss situation. Many items are ripped and/or badly stained and either should be tossed out or have a very cheap price tag (example, a badly stained hoodie currently is $15. With the overhaul of its items would bring it down to $2-3 bucks). Prices were decent but now they seemed to have gone through the roof (everything is going up but this is a thrift store and not a regular new store). The staff now are fine and generally friendly.

I went there last night to buy some cloth for a HOMELESS MAN and saw a couple of sleeping bags, each was priced around $6. But since I was walking and it was late I told them I will buy them tomorrow. Today I called and asked the manager EDDIE to please hold them he said he would. One hour later I drove there and saw the price tag had doubled nearly $14 each. When I asked why they said that's how it is. I bought one plus some cloth and left. But very disappointed of this kind of behavior from a so called none profit organization getting everything for free dropped off on site and make huge profits and so inconsiderate. They should be reported as a FALLS NONE PROFIT ORGANIZATION AND QUESTIONED. take care EDDIE.

They should change the name from Goodwill to Badwill, you used to be able to get a second hand t shirt that was still wearable and without a stain, now the staff chooses to put the mustiest items on the floor and fills the store with items so bad. There was a young brother that used to work here probably mid twenties and then the store was a gem, he probably has a better job now because of the care he puts into it.

I’ve been coming to this goodwill for years and each time I go I’m more and more disappointed. The pricing is absolutely outrageous. I went this last week and saw multiple clothing items listed at $50. At goodwill!? That is outrageous and unethical. They are getting these items for FREE. I wish they had standard prices for all shirts, pants, jackets, etc like once upon a time. The lowest price clothing item you’ll find is $4.99 and it will be extremely worn/stained. I would say the average price for anything somewhat decent is $10.They’ve truly taken the joy out of thrifting.

Staff is very nice. They have inexpensive cookware and china. They have good DVD section. They do not have many 2x sizes for women. The art department has good buys. I have bought many journals and books cheaply there. Fun place to shop and donate to.
