Hands down best experience EVER! 🙌 My car was stolen in May and at first I thought I’d be able to handle that blow with optimism, leaning into my newfound pedestrian era. Come 2 months later, my soul felt as if it was slowly being squeezed out of me and inevitably I was in dire need of a “paradigm shift” if you will haha. So of course I rented a mystery car on a whim with no expectations. Jay and Jesus were a Godsend, let me tell you!! They went above and beyond any expectation I had and let me decide between a new jeep wrangler or a Bronco! I was not expecting that to say the least. When they showed me the Bronco I was HOOKED! I’d never thought about Broncos before and it turned out to be the most revelatory experience I’ve had out of the upwards of 70 car rentals in my life. I think I extended that rental for at least 3 more days. A complete quantum leap out of misery and I am infinitely grateful for these guys. Thank you Jay & Jesus for being the earth angels that you are. The entire experience resonated so nicely and catapulted me out of my funk lol. I won’t forget it! Hertz is now my go-to rental service over Turo, Enterprise & SixT. Cheers! To goosebumps, expansion, and freedom 🤠

Great experience renting a Tesla from this location...staff was so nice! There is a large Tesla charging station across the street to make re-charging before returning easy.

They did not have the vehicle I rented in stock, then they over charged me by 4X to give me another car that I did not want, then they assured me that i don't need to fill up the gas, then they charged me an extra $100 on checkout.

DO NOT RENT A MANAGER'S SPECIAL IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RENT AN ELECTRIC CAR!!! I reserved a manager's special. It did not say it was an electric car. I went to other rental car site and saw the manager's special was an electric car and decided not to rent a car there and reserved a manager's special at Hertz. When I got to Hertz I was told the manager's special was an electric car and if I don't like it, I have to pay $15 more to rent a regular gas car. I had no choice to pay $15 more at the desk.

Had a great car renting experience here. The pick up and return were smooth. The staff were friendly and easy going. The only thing was the car exterior was not cleanly washed, which was minor, but the inside was clean and no smells.

Good customer service. Car was clean. So how hard is it to understand that if they had the car they would give it to you but people do not return cars on time so dont be angry at them. This location is high volume all the time!
