I've always had a good experience at Kaiser. I've been treated at the Cadillac site numerous times but my "home" site is Santa Monica with Dr. Petrick who is excellent. She explains herself before doing any procedures, listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions and she is personable without being invasive. With Dr. Petrick I know I have a trusted, experienced and caring partner in health. So important as I move into my sixth decade. Her partner in care, Nurse Leslie, is new to me but gives a great first impression and balances my healthcare team.

Had an outstanding experience at the Kaiser Permanente facility in Santa Monica. The convenience of garage parking beneath the building was greatly appreciated. I took advantage of the pre-registration feature on the Kaiser app, receiving a QR code for check-in before my appointment. The self-check-in kiosks made the process smooth, and handling the copay was a breeze. The facility itself was impeccably clean, and my wait time was minimal. Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by Craig, who efficiently guided me through the initial steps before seeing Dr. Nissim. Dr. Nissim proved to be an excellent primary care provider, attentively addressing all my concerns. Her approach struck a perfect balance between being personable and getting down to the essential details. During our visit, we established goals and game plans, leaving me with a positive outlook. Craig returned for follow-up, skillfully addressing any remaining questions. The facility's ability to accommodate blood tests on-site was a notable advantage, with a brief 10-minute wait after my appointment. Consolidating all services in one location, including blood tests, was incredibly convenient. Being part of the Kaiser system has been a source of gratitude for the seamless and comprehensive care received. Thank you for the stellar experience.

Dr. Bhalla and Nurse Leslie always make me feel valued and heard when I come for my annual check ups. Dr. Bhalla always listens to my concerns and it is always a pleasure seeing her. This Kaiser location always feels super clean and well taken care of.

Terrible experience trying to pickup a prescription transferred from my former C V S pharmacy when I switched insurance to Kaiser. On the phone for hours, and they told me to come in person. Hours of this pharmacy are M-F 9-5, closed for lunch. Virtually impossible for anyone with a full time job. Left work early to make it in time, they don't even have the medication they confirmed they had in stock over the phone. Insurance with Kaiser is a nightmare.

I've been seeing Dr. Petrick for the past 5 years, she's the main reason I've stayed with Kaiser. I'm hypochondriac and yet Dr. Petrick has never dismissed any of my complaints even if they were frivolous, and I genuinely appreciate her for that. I have never left her office feeling rushed as you would with almost any other primary care. In the past 5 years she has always greeted me with so much love and patience. Not to mention her nurse, Leslie is also the most caring nurse you could ask for.

None of the operating hours listed online are correct or reliable, so don't trust them. (Pharmacy, labs, nurse clinic, etc.)

I've been with Kaiser for over 40 years. This office is by far one of the best ones I've been to. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, friendly and very caring. From the receptionist to the doctor. The nurse Iesha is awesome she made me feel comfortable, was so pleasant.
