I recently opened an account. everyone in the Branch was friendly. I had no problem opening the account. I started an application for credit before leaving. 3 days later I'm still giving information after credit approval. now my off days have passed and im still without the credit card. also information I've already sent is being requested again. just not what I'd want to deal with, when handling any important matters. hope this helps anyone who wants to know how timely this branch is.

My most recent experience was beyond my expectations. Everyone remembered me when I came in it felt like I had come back home. We just had a good time catching up with each other's family it was so special. And to top it off I got a piece of chocolate for being so nice to everyone. I highly recommend you bank with them because they have the best customer service anywhere. I have been a member for over twenty five years.

Came in needed auto loan financing asap to pick up my new car and Brendan and Scott took care of everything to make sure it could be taken care of same day… and on a Saturday of a holiday weekend ! Excellent customer service!

Tyonna is amazing!! She was able to do in 10 min, what my personal finance rep couldn’t do for an entire month. She has great customer service and made sure my every need was met before she ended the call, and was very professional despite me being so livid with the my personal finance rep and Kinecta as a whole. It was her diligent and professional customer service that stopped me from closing my account with Kinecta, that’s how upset I was. There were no loose ends by the end of the conversation and I finally felt a huge sense of relief! Thanks again Tyonna!!

ABSOLUTELY the worst banking experience. KINECTA's catch phrase is "BANKING DONE DIFFERENT". That should've been my first clue. After just 3 weeks of joining, I realized I had made a horrible mistake. Once you sign up, no one wants to actually interact with you. No one returns phone calls or emails. Your account is literally FROZEN for FOURTEEN+ days -- to be clear, you cannot pay bills or withdraw funds from the ATM. Tried to set up "Bill Pay" only to discover their computer system is NOT COMPATIBLE with Apple iPad or iMac. I was unable to set up bill pay in my account. Sent FOUR emails to the Tech people, response was an obscure message FOUR DAYS later instructing me to change my "privacy settings"??? Seriously? I have never encountered such an inept staff, from the Manager on down. No one makes eye contact; they're like deer in the headlights. You complain and explain the problem and your frustration, and instead of trying to come up with a solution, their response is to tell you "you must be doing something wrong, you don't understand what you are doing." Me: Close out the account, immediately, now, this minute, I want my money NOW. Kinecta: Oh, we can only give you half, you have a Liquid Savings account and can only withdraw half at a time. Me: Are you serious? You mean I will have to come back tomorrow and only get half again, and then the next day, etc.? Kinecta: Yes. BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID -- BANKING DONE DIFFERENT -- Apparently, "the customer isn't always right!!!" I switched to a REAL BANK. Was welcomed with open arms, service with a smile, had IMMEDIATE access to my funds and ATM, emails returned, had absolutely no problem setting up Bill Pay.

Seriously regretting my decision! About a month and a half ago I chose to leave Chase and manage my money at a credit union. The first disappoint is the tele customer service. It is impossible to get a hold of someone without having to wait ridiculous hold times and the "call back" feature they offer NEVER warrants a call back. The second (and BIGGEST) disappointment is they offer a form of overdraft protection called "accept select" that DOES NOT WORK! I have opted into this feature and have been embarrassed SEVERAL times at the grocery store and other places when I'm short on cash in my checking account. I have a reoccurring direct deposit that hits both of my accounts bi-weekly and although the service is discretional, this NEVER happened to me at Chase. Plus, no one seems to know how the service works. I'm thinking about re-opening my Chase checking account and just keeping a savings with Kinecta, I'm not of fan of being embarrassed by banking centers.
