I can personally confirm all the negative reviews for this place. You’re directed by text to check in to your appointment remotely and can then wait in your car for them to call you in. After 15 minutes, I decided I better check to see what was happening. Once inside, it was clear that not only did they not get any message about my check-in, they actually knew nothing about this process. The attendants clearly have no idea what is going on or how to manage patients. They are rude when asked questions, even simple ones like “do you know what in what order I will be seen”?
I could go on about the actual appointment. Suffice to say things did not improve. Overall horrible experience and I will never come here again.

Terrible service.
Very rude staff. They were curing patients, wow that's next level. Kept telling peopy to try other labcorps. There weren't that many people,only 3 or 4 ppl .

WORST LABCORP EXPERIENCE EVER WAITED ALMOST 2 HOURS BEFORE I GOT FED UP AND LEFT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NURSES ARE RUDE HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING AND NEVER GOT WORK DONE. GO TO ANY LABCORP BUT THIS ONE

went all the way from another location here because they told me it was the only location still open that was taking walk ins, got here just to be told that all of the sudden they're only taking appointments. Waisted my whole day for this. Extremely unprofessional of labcorp.

Walked in at 8:05 out of there in half an hour. Lady at the front who took my blood was pleasant, courteous, friendly. And I must add, I’ve had blood drawn MANY times, and didn’t even feel the needle in the slightest.

Successful blood draw mission. The phlebotomist was sweet and the process went smooth. Will go here for future blood draws.

They gave me a false positive that made my doctor rush me to emergency where the emergency responders and I wasted a whole morning on a false alarm.

Arrived for my appointment, there was a sign asking patients to sign in on the clipboard. No clipboard on the counter, but I see one just beyond my reach on the desk. I asked the staff "Is this the sign in sheet?" No response. No acknowledgement. She's the only staff person there. After trying to get her attention again, I reached over to get the clipboard. I indicated I had an appt on the sheet. Yet they still took walk-ins ahead of me. I waited over an hour and when I asked why I wasn't given priority for my appointment, she looks at my dumbfounded and says "You had an appointment?" She never even bothered to check the list when it was clearly checked off right next to my name. She then dug around in my arm for my vein, blaming me for being "tense". In tears I asked her to stop and try the other arm. To boot, I had to pay a crazy high fee in the parking garage because of my long wait. What should have been 15 minutes turned into 1:30. My labcorp experiences are never good, but this was definitely one of the worst.

Not sure what happened, but this location has gone waaayy down. They took out the electronic check-in and it is a nightmare with the staff. There is only one person on and she clearly has tuned out to just deal with the lack of streamlined staff/customer service. She is super nice, and just keeps head down to deal.

This location never picks up the phone. The lady at the reception desk is so rude. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone so unprofessional.

Lisa T. Is the best!! She is a sweetheart. I was taking blood samples and was about to pass out, (actually faded in and out for a few mins) and she took care of me the whole time. (Even though it was my mistake by not telling her I was prone to sometimes passing out - altho been years without incident) long story short, Lisa and her coworker (didn't grab her name) were super kind and caring. Thank you so much for helping me. ❤️ ? ohhh and Lisa was one of the few over the years that could easily find my veins.....never thing to another place. Only Lisa can take my blood from now on. ?
