If I could give this place a - 1 star review I would. As a mom, new to the area and job hunting I needed to get a drug test for an opportunity at this awful location. The first time I went, the tech wasn’t in, although their hours advertised something different. The second time I had to come with my son and when I arrived at 8 am, the woman at the front desk was rude and condescending saying that I could not bring a baby to my drug test. She doubled down by saying “would you bring a baby to a job interview?” Awful, rude and unhelpful.

Impossible to get a human to answer the phone or call back (been trying for 2.5 weeks now), and have regularly not completed all of the orders that doctors called in, necessitating return trips for bloodwork. Absolute worst.

Awful , don’t even go based on your appointment, you make an appointment they will take you one hour after , it takes them only 45 mins to one hour to do your paperwork , something which can be done in 10 mins , go to other places , avoid this place

Made an appointment 3x in a week for employment drug testing at this location, and every time I showed up there was an excuse on the technician not being there to perform test. Wasted my time and they were not friendly at all!

Honestly, reading the reviews scared me a bit, I was worried that they wouldn't attend because i came in without appointment. My experience was actually great, I see the reviews say they arent aware but the drug screenings are from 8am through 11am, it's on the Labcorp site...so.
also be ready to pee (for the urine test), the staff was super friendly and helpful. I can say that my experience was great!

Labcorp does not even compare to the customer service that Quest Diagnostics provide. Labcorp has got it right. I would commend Marie Carmen for her outstanding service. This is the way that the business should be run. Quest Diagnostics could learn a lot from this company.

I spent 24 hours collecting urine (fun) for a test. The complete incompetence of this office needs to be dealt with as they messed up, my test couldn't be performed and my 24 hours were wasted. This negligence is too common here. Will never use labcorp again.

I needed the drug screening test.They provide this service only from 8am till 11am. No exceptions. These information aren’t announced anywhere and they don’t care. So be aware about this timeframe.

The nurse was so nice and accommodating to me when I asked to lay down instead of being in the regular chairs. I don't do well with bloodwork so her accommodations really helped me!

Don't come here. Receptionist is extremely slow and and does NOT follow HIPAA guidelines!!!!

Getting blood drawn is never a pleasant experience, especially since I have Lyme disease and very small veins that are hard to draw blood from. However, my phlebotomist, Rosie, was so patient and kind when drawing my blood. She went above and beyond in her care when treating me. It took almost an hour to get all the vials I needed to get drawn and I know how annoying it must have been for her. Other phlebotomists have sent me home, told me to come back another time, but I am so happy we were able to get it all done in one shot.

Horrible service. Nobody picks up the phone ! I get better service at the post office! Avoid this place like the plague

This place is awful. The people at the front desk are rude (prioritizing talking to each other and showing each other things on their phone instead of helping patients) . They are dismissive as people approach them rudely tell you to go check in at the kiosk, go sit down (there are nicer ways to say things). And they simply lack finesse and professionalism. Lapcorp has a monopoly it seems so they manage to get away with such low standards. Avoid if you can.
