Check with your insurance first before you pay. They may try to charge you and pretend they checked with your insurance. They quoted me for 200$ for lenses but it did not sound right when I responded I was sure I have lenses at no charge, they assured me I was wrong.I checked with my insurance and they told me that in fact I can have my lenses for my glasses at no costs. Check before you pay.

I’ve had several visits to this location and services always been fabulous. Today, Jill, was the very nice lady who helped repair my very necessary sunglasses. Additionally, she was quite knowledgeable on more of the Ray-Ban line that I always hold a lot of interest in. Definitely will go back.

I went to LenseCrafters to get new lenses this week. I provided my own frame which was brand new from Salvatore Ferragamo. When I left the frame at the store, it was brand new, i.e., with no scratches, marks or “indents”. LenseCrafters sent me a text to let me know that my glasses were ready for pick-up today. I came and checked the glasses which were perfectly fine and asked for the legs to be adjusted. At that time I did not notice any “indent”. One of their employee took care of the legs adjustment (by heating the frame and manually bending the frame), and I immediately noticed an indent caused by her gel nails. I want to add that I have had my frames adjusted to many stores in the past and I never had an indent on any of my frames in my entire life. Mistakes happen (although it should not, especially coming from “professionals”), I confronted the employee who did not acknowledge nor apologize. Instead, she just lied to my face and said that the mark was there before, which was obviously not the case.It is really disappointing as this costly frame was of course brand new and I have no recourse. I will not recommend LenseCrafters to anyone and I will never come back. This lack of professionalism is shocking. If you go to this store make sure to take pictures of the frame before leaving it to their employees

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to Jose. I came in with an issue that I wasn’t sure how to resolve and he was kind, patient, and helpful. He was able to give me a solution that exceeded my expectations, and quickly, at that. Modern in-store shopping is missing people like him and I will absolutely be back to this store because of it.

I forgot to write this review after my trip to LA. This store was the only one that helped me when I had an emergency last week when vacationing and one of my contact lenses broke. So kind of helping me out after having headaches for 3 days. Thank you so much guys!

Beyond angry. I ordered $800 worth of contacts (double the price of any online platform) with rush shipping as I’m a Photogragher and have several shoots this month and need contacts. The women who answered the phone and took my order promised it arrive plenty early (a week early in fact). It’s been two weeks and NO CONTACTS. I’m driving to set four day old daily use contacts with red itchy eyes for one of the biggest shoots in my career. And I can barely see. This reckless low level facility is so unreliable it’s unbelievable. REFUND MY MONEY OR FIND MY CONTACTS! I’ve called and your hours are so lazy that I’m off to work before you open and. Home after you close. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. So unreliable and overpriced.

My experience with LensCrafters today was awesome. It was my first time as a customer and I was given excellent customer service. Everyone was kind and courteous and professional and extremely helpful. I left with a smile on my face and thinking they value me as a customer. I’d like to get a shout out to Adam, who was absolutely awesome!
