On the first day of the Lunar New Year, I purchased an LV handbag that, upon closer inspection at home, revealed protrusions and scratches. It is important to note that the bag was taken directly from a display position in the store.I wore the bag for a total of 10 minutes during my commute from store to parking slot, and if the damages resulted from my handling, it raises serious concerns about LV's product quality. Conversely, if the bag was already faulty while on display, a swift resolution is imperative to address the severe quality issue.Moreover, my attempts to resolve this matter have been met with a frustrating cycle of redirection. Despite initiating communication via email, I was instructed to contact the store. When I reached out to the store, I was directed to contact LV through a phone call. Unfortunately, my phone call led to another suggestion to contact the store directly. This loop has left me uncertain about whom to turn to for a resolution.In addition, I took day off today to drive to the store, as the sales representative assured me that an exchange was possible. However, upon reaching the store, I was told that the issue couldn't be resolved, leaving me feeling disheartened. The entire process, coupled with the time and effort spent, has become unacceptable.

AVOID unless you want to wait for almost an hour for the one salesperson in the store to help you. More security guards on duty than salespeople. Seriously, for what they charge for goods you think they could afford more sales staff!

I've never bought anything her, because every time I go there thinking I want to buy something, the CAs put me off and I just go online. I went looking for a bag, they said they had it, and brings out a used bag. I said that's a used bag, why would I pay full price for a used bag. The CA said that is all we have take it or leave it. Who wants to pay 1,600 for a used bag. It's a smaller store, so it's doesn't have much, and though the staff can order for you, some CAs do not want to. There is free parking for 90 minutes, and plenty of parking.

Went to the store about 1.5 years ago and had a very unpleasant experience. I found the sales associates quite rude, and also was appalled by the fact that it was not until I slipped on the gold Rolex I just picked up from across the plaza from servicing that they looked at me as a human being. I was dressed casually, black T-shirt, and black shorts (clean cut hair and shave), yet despite being Los Angeles (which is extremely casual), they assumed I guess because they couldn't see the brands I couldn't afford to shop at their store... not the case. Ultimately, I didn't buy anything because I found the quality of the wallets since the last time I had purchased from LV to have dropped significantly. Recommend going with brands like Goyard, Ghurka, or Hermes if you care about craftsmanship.

I came to return something that another location had ordered for me. The sales associate helping me was extremely rude, unfriendly, and acted like I had used the bag when I hadn't. If I had gotten her name, I'd put it here or complain to management. Needless to say, I will continue to go to the Rodeo Drive location, it has much friendlier staff.

Have always enjoyed a pleasant experience at this location. Every time, the SAs have shown pride and enthusiasm in their offerings, keen to share styles and explore new lines with me whether I’m purchasing or just browsing. Some LV stores have slipped since Covid but SaMo is keeping the bar high.

A few days ago at 10 AM or older white lady did not give me what I ask for. And she was very rude. I do not recommend the store.
