My only regret is that I didn’t start going here earlier. Absolutely fantastic selection, very helpful staff. The spatchcocked Jidori chickens are like take n bake restaurant meals. You can get cuts you won’t see in grocery stores, like picanha and flat irons. My favorite shop on Montana.
