The food was excellent. Price was about what is expected for the area. Overall I would go again.

My friend and I went for lunch. The warm rolls were amazing. We ordered wagyu,ribeye,lamb chops, sautéed spinach and the sautéed mushrooms. Everything was exquisite and cook to perfection. I look forward to my next visit.
About the restaurant: Meat on Ocean is a project from King's Seafood Company, who is also behind Water Grill, Pier Burger, 555 East and other restaurants. The space includes an outdoor patio (with Pacific views if you peer over Ocean Avenue), an on-site butcher shop, dry aging room and charcuterie bar.Food: The menu features American and Japanese Wagyu beef, along with oysters, sandwiches and house-made terrines.
