I had a battery emergency and the Oreilly team diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. The manager Roger was compassionate and friendly while helping me with my inquiry. I felt like they really cared about the customer experience and providing the best service possible. I highly recommend visiting this location.

I had to come to Yelp and give these guys 5 stars because they have been so helpful to me this past year! If like me, you have very little knoweledge of car mechanics, these guys are here to help you! I wish I got the name of the very kind employee who helped replace a light. Another time recently, Roger kindly replaced my wiper blades. It is a store after all and not a mechanics shop so I think it's super helpful of them to offer to help replace minor parts. The wiper blades were tricky and Roger was very patient and knowledgeable. This kind of service makes loyal customers. I highly recommend.

Wanted to write in praise of Jimmy, who was kind, accessible, and deeply knowledgeable on car parts, down to their components and nuances. I came in to place a special order for an ignition. Jimmy asked clarifying questions and knew which brand among the four was best. He gave me confidence that I was purchasing the right part to give to my mechanic. Other than batteries, tires, windshield wipers, and air filters, I don’t really purchase car parts, so I was grateful for the guidance.This is a rather large O’Reilly, clean and well organized, and with deep shelves behind the register. Their parking lot is easy to get in and out of, and spacious. Would not hesitate at all to return.

These guys are always open, have the best of deals. I like how if you spend $20 several times, you get $20 through their special card deal. I recently came in and bought some rotors and pads, and the guys here were super friendly and knew quite a lot. I'm very happy with the service I received from these people earlier today

Excellent service I needed to borrow socket wrench quickly to loosen 2 bolts in my car (backseat) and the guy let me do it for free didn't even want a tip so leaving this review for you man cheers Highly reccommend this place ?? graciass amigos

I popped in to buy a funnel and other accessories to help with an oil change/topping off oil. I asked the assistant manager if someone could help me out since I have never done it before. He took the time to really help me out and explain what he was doing. I am so appreciative!! Thank you so much!

Lazy, slow, entitled, rude manager Davin. Judge for yourself, how bad it is.I was waiting in line - long wait, employees at this location are always slow. I was next. The manages came out - took a customer who was behind me and served him. I waited more. When at my turn I expressed my dissatisfaction - this guy refused service to me? Can it get any worse? Who hired this kid? Who trained him?I am deeply disappointed by the appalling level of customer service I received at this store. Not only was I met with blatant disregard for my inquiries, but I also encountered what I can only describe as discriminatory behavior, leaving me feeling marginalized and disrespected. This experience has left me questioning whether I can continue to support a business that condones such conduct. Should this employee be fired? Yes.

I googled the size of windshield wipers that I needed. Walked up to the counter and the store manager said, "Why don't we double check the size?" We went outside to my car and the pair that I had picked were wrong. I was very grateful for that kind of proactive customer service.
