I placed an order this morning 3/25 @ 10:30 to be delivered same day by 2PM.. I received an email at 1:34PM stating that my order was "cancelled per my request. I did not cancel the order. I called the store, they said they can't see online orders but they did have the food I ordered in stock. They gave me an 877# to call so I did. Apparently, the "driver" can cancel the order themselves. My guess, he or she was running late so instead of owning up to it, they just cancelled it. I can't believe they have the authority to do that. The guy on the phone tried saying oh it's probably not in stock. I said no, it is, I called the store to verify it was in stock. Then he had the nerve to ask me if it was in stock for pick up only? How would I know? I explained that I should not have to ask all of these questions as to why the driver has authorization to cancel an order yet the store said it was in stock. He then asked me do you need it today? We can have it for you tomorrow. My response was..I ordered it for today delivery. Maybe I should just ask my dogs if they can wait until tomorrow to eat. I couldn't go myself as I was working (at the delivery address) Then I got the "I'm very sorry but this is our policy. Today was the last time I ever buy from them again. I'm closing out my credit card with them. The customer service that I experienced today was nothing short of embarrassing to the way they conduct business. It's worth the 3 mile further drive to Petsmart. You've been warned, don't set up delivery if you don't want to risk the driver being able to cancel the order.

I was asked to join PETCO VITAL CARE program in AUGUST 2023. I SIGNED UP TO PAY MONthly and was told that I could cancel at any time. I called today to cancel my membership and it was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! I was connected to speak with someone who kept repeating the same script over and over again and telling me he understood. I didn't need to be understood only to cancel my membership. After telling him that I would place a negative review and asking to speak to a supervisor he finally said, "I will make a one time courtesy to you and cancel your account". I can tell you that after this experience I will never do business with Petco again. Chewey, here I come. Lynn Grossman

I visited this location for the first time for a grooming appointment. Despite standing at the groomer's desk for 7 minutes, I was not acknowledged until I greeted the staff member who was sitting at the desk on the computer. To my surprise, I was then informed that I was 'late for my appointment' and was told that the groomer was about to take a lunch break, so I would need to reschedule. This experience left me puzzled. If the groomer was planning to take a lunch break and couldn't fit my grooming in after, when was my dog actually going to be groomed? If you're in need of dog grooming services, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This establishment, with its lack of customer service and confusing scheduling practices, ranks among the worst I've encountered.

Very bad management. Unfriendly and rude. Seems management doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I've been shopping here for years but I'm going to move over to Centinela feed because the lack of management here.

Very rude!! Show up on time for appt. 3 groomers standing around texting. Waited 20 minutes finally someone helps me. Over charges and forgets feabath. Absolute terrible experience. My dog was shaking

Horrible treatment from Eleazar in grooming: I was 8-9 mins late, and they apparently have a 10-15 min late policy. He was extremely unpleasant right off the bat and acted like it was an extreme inconvenience for me to be there, almost unwilling and very unfriendly, not even cordial. I was deeply uncomfortable with even leaving my dog there, and very confused at his treatment of me, so I communicated this incident to management and left, dog unclean. Yes, I was late, but I was within the policy time. So upsetting. Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Never again.

By far the friendliest petco staff I’ve ever met. They were out of stock of a couple things for my foster puppies but helped me find something else that worked for what I needed.

It was an excellent experience but it would be helpful if on your website before bringing a pet for grooming, it stated you need rabies documentation...thank you.

I hate when my wife makes me come here. Like the ppl and the products and that's the problem bkz I always spend more than I intend to. She's already talking about upgrading our aquarium to a 60gal...here it goessss....

One of the worst petcos I’ve ever been too. We waited 20 minutes to buy three plants for our fish tank the one lady I asked ended up leaving before ever helping us. I eventually asked one of the employees at the dog grooming place to help us and he was extremely kind and helpful then the manager came by and told us everything in the Fish department was labeled incorrectly because they are “live animals not products.” He then goes and tells us the $4.99 assorted plants that were labeled for the whole tank are now $16 plants. So after 30 minutes of waiting we left empty handed.

There were no price tags on items. I was trying to buy doggy bags, they had them near the register where you stand in line to wait for an open cashier so i had to just choose randomly without knowing the price or hold up the line... felt like a carnival game and i was just ripped off. Other than that it's a decent petco.

My golden doodle was groomed at this location. This was a big mistake on my part. He was terrified for nearly three weeks with multiple issues psychologically, physically and emotionally. After my complain, they banned me from going there. I placed a compline at their HQ, but they never followed up. If you love your pet stay away from this location. they are mean angry people operating their grooming Department!!!
