I didn't know there was a Puzzle Zoo on Main till last week. I used to shop a lot at the 3rd street Promenade location. This shop on Main is small, with great selection of toys, collectibles, games, puzzles. Nice customer service, street parking. Overall, a more laid back shopping vibe! A nice discovery for me while walking around in Santa Monica recently! Great resource for gifts for peeps of all ages!

I've been shopping at Puzzle Zoo for many years. When I worked on the Promenade I shopped that location. Now, because it's close to where I live, I shop at the Main St. location. It's a small space but I've always been able to find something for gifts. The service is great, always, no matter who is working. Someone said that the owner is "an Asian lady". Weird, and not true. Thanks for many years of toys and puzzles!

Great little store, always stop by when around the area just to see what’s new. I’m always greeted by the employees with great vibes especially Percy they always help me out when talking about toys. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great toys for all ages.
