Took my first class and loved it! Keani was an awesome teacher. Loved how high energy the class was and the music was so good. The strength and sculpt class got me sweating really good and it was such a great & unique workout! Look forward to my next class. The staff were all super friendly and nice.

Took my first Pvolve class today. I took the 9:15 on Sunday with a friend. The music was on point with Britney vs Xtina. The workout was light weights high reps and resistant bands. I definitely felt the burn. I would def try this workout if you are looking to strengthen muscles and improve cardio.
