I went twice to do a walk-in. On Friday, June 28, the staff was unbelievably rude to an old couple next to me (only one of them needed blood work). They were ahead of me in the walk-in queue. They were told that if they would not be served by 4.10pm, then they would need to come back another day. The last (scheduled) left at 3.56pm. The staff served NOONE until 4.05pm. The husband started asking when they would be served at 4.05pm. The Employee was snappy and said that it's too late now and they would not be served at all (which was inconsistent with prior communication). Even worse, they were IDLE for 15 minutes (I kept waiting until 4.10pm). They could have easily served the old woman. Instead, they were unfriendly and disrespectful to the older people. It's a shame how this couple has been treated. It's obvious that they had a hard time hearing and were struggling a lot. These people deserve more respect than this. The staff preferred to do nothing during the work time instead of addressing the customer concern.

Santa Monica center is the worst center I have ever visited. I was on the walk-in list(I was waiting 1.5 h and finally left without the test), but they only attended to appointed patients. Even when there were no appointed patients, they claimed they were waiting for appointed patients. I wonder if there is any management or supervisory oversight in this center. Their fines and language are arrogant and rude. Honestly those two ladies are not eligible to be do this job, they should be trained how to behave and not being lazy. They don't want to attend ant walk in because there is no records.

Lazy Lazy Lazy....these girls will look you straight in the face and continue to gossip about one another and be on their cell phones and not even bother to attend the patients who are there for blood draws.. Don't even bother making an appointment you are still going to wait minimum of 45 minutes.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before I came to this location. After not being able to find an available morning appointment looking forward several weeks I came on a Tuesday and was here when they opened and signed up for a walk in and was first on the list and only 2 other people in the room. Seemed promising! 2 hrs later my name disappeared from the walk in list ( I never left the room-nobody was ever called they just wiped it) and I was told I needed to sign up again. It's very perplexing what is actually going on here. They have maybe taken 10-12 people back in over 2 hours. I've never seen a medical lab this slow. It's also not staffed at all at the front desk and you can't use the restroom in the hall so you have to hope you catch a nurse the few times an hour they poke their head in the lobby.
Seriously a joke. Do not bother coming here

Waited 2 hours as a walk-in, stepped outside before I was called up, walked back in and was told I was taken off the list because I stepped out and had to sign in again.

Showed up to get my labs drawn and the ladies that worked there were very rude and not very helpful. Will not go back to this location even though it’s close to my house. No thank you!
