I go in right when they open at 5am. Staff is super friendly, and the manager lady is lovely.

Insane to me that they think I really want a bag of cart full of groceries by myself at 6 AM. So sick of these stores catering to online shopping they can’t even so much just be bothered to help check out a guest that is in the store. Also frequently overcharged here. This is my closest grocery store and sometimes I just don’t have the option to go elsewhere as much as I want to. So disappointing that I have to spend my hard earned money at a place that can’t even bother to help their customers. It’s not like you’re a more affordable option compared to Whole Foods or other grocery stores, so the fact you think it’s OK to do your customers like this is very insulting.

This establishment undoubtedly offers exceptional customer service and high-quality products. Previously, I held the belief that Whole Foods provided superior products, but to my surprise, I have discovered superior offerings here. Since Amazon's acquisition of Whole Foods, there has been a noticeable decline in the quality of their products. However, I have come to realize that Ralph's offers products of comparable or even better quality. Recently, there have been concerns raised on social media regarding the authenticity and organic nature of certain Whole Foods products.

I go to Ralph's all the time but I'm done with this particular store. The ones on National Blvd or Venice Blvd are much better managed. Rude & unfriendly staff who often don't reply when you say a simple "hello" at checkout. And if they can't be bothered to staff the registers they have no business even being in business. They have enough staff to bark at you to use the self-checkout; I refuse to use those things on general principle especially when they cop such a bad attitude about it. I'm tempted to give this store an extra star because they do a better job than the National Blvd store at stocking their shelves, but I'm never shopping at this one again even though it's right along my route.

Rude unprofessional employees at check out. All 3 Ralphs locations in the area have negative reviews after some investigating. Also security with firearms which definitely seems excessive considering someone was shot and killed by security at a Ralphs location in Hollywood last year. Who thought mixing rude unprofessional employees with armed security and disappointed customers was a good idea. The employees can't behave themselves but they expect the customer to do so.
Lack of enthusiasm, lack of respect, lack of common courtesy, lack of common sense, lack of professionalism etc. Below is a screenshot of their Yelp rating which is 3.1 stars, a more accurate depiction of their reputation than googles generous 4.1 star rating. I wouldn't be surprised to see that rating drop even further down as they don't care about complaints apparently and just let them continue with no corrective action.

Plenty of great opportunities to buy nearly expired merchandise. They've got fresh sushi near the entrance. Don't forget to get your Ralps card for additional savings

the supervisor Arthur and the employee at the self-service checkout are the cheapest employees of this store. It’s sad.

This location has decent-sized parking lot and great underground parking with elevator, which makes it convenient on rainy days. There is very good meat & pork selection. But I can't say that the produce restocking (or other popular items) is any better than other markets in the area. so, don’t be surprised if they are out of certain produce or soda you are looking for--especially sale items. And beware of their advertised sales: they posted an ad for Digiorno pizza as low as $4.99 for “selected varieties,“ but neither variety shown in the picture on the ad was on sale (see photos). I think I only saw one variety in-stock that the ad price applied to. Commendably, at least this location carries the croissant-crust Digiorno, unlike other markets in this area.

I just had the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life. I asked the butcher for 2lbs of wild caught salmon cut into 4 half pound pieces. The butcher told me that my request was "annoying," and asked why I had to make it so complicated. He then said I can't serve you right now and walk away from the counter for around 5 minutes before coming back. Once he was back he continued to give me attitude and call "bro." He kept saying why do you have to make this so annoying bro. Why do you have to make this so complicated bro. I was shocked by his conduct. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and ask him what was wrong/what the matter was but he kept giving me attitude. The most incredible part is that I brought this to the attention of the manager and he tried to excuse the butcher's behavior. He said, "Maybe your request flustered him." That's insane. He eventually told me he would talk to the butcher and I said thanks. I then asked if I could get a gift card for the unpleasant experience and the manager said no. I said well why should I continue to shop at Ralph's if this is how I'm going to be treated and there's no compensation for poor customer service. And he said, "He wasn't going to bribe me to shop at Ralph's and that they would be better off without my business." Absolutely wild statement. I have never had such discourteous interactions before in a professional setting. I recommend you shop elsewhere as Ralph's needs to get a handle on how they treat their customers.
