I just had the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life. I asked the butcher for 2lbs of wild caught salmon cut into 4 half pound pieces. The butcher told me that my request was "annoying," and asked why I had to make it so complicated. He then said I can't serve you right now and walk away from the counter for around 5 minutes before coming back. Once he was back he continued to give me attitude and call "bro." He kept saying why do you have to make this so annoying bro. Why do you have to make this so complicated bro. I was shocked by his conduct. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and ask him what was wrong/what the matter was but he kept giving me attitude. The most incredible part is that I brought this to the attention of the manager and he tried to excuse the butcher's behavior. He said, "Maybe your request flustered him." That's insane. He eventually told me he would talk to the butcher and I said thanks. I then asked if I could get a gift card for the unpleasant experience and the manager said no. I said well why should I continue to shop at Ralph's if this is how I'm going to be treated and there's no compensation for poor customer service. And he said, "He wasn't going to bribe me to shop at Ralph's and that they would be better off without my business." Absolutely wild statement. I have never had such discourteous interactions before in a professional setting. I recommend you shop elsewhere as Ralph's needs to get a handle on how they treat their customers.

I live closer to the National Blvd store but decided to check this location. I was impressed that you were well stocked. You have a much broader variety of choices than the other stores! I've been thank you I appreciate a business that actually does/has what it advertised!!

I visited this particular Ralph's every two weeks to buy groceries. I dont complain but I feel like I should say something about the Hispanic lady in the kitchen she is very very rude. There instead that I walk into the store to purchase food at the food counter twice she have just walked away and left me standing at the counter. But times I walked away to go get my other items that I am going to purchase. Then I went back to go and make an order for chicken she turned her back and walked in the back . My husband came to get sandwiches on Saturday she gave him sandwiches where the bread was stale and old. If she doesn't not want to help African American person why is she working with the public. When you approach the counter she looks and turn away. And these are the type people you guys hire to deal with your customers. I am so sad that people bring their beliefs into their work place. So sad

Exceptional customer service from the Bakery staff! Went above and beyond to help me with my special request. Much appreciated! The Bakery area was clean and organized.

This is to compliment a security guard who works usually at this site three days a week. His name is Phil Diiaz. The store is fortunate to have him there. While being thoroughly professional, I have seen him in action, he is kind, understanding, warm, and courteous. It is always a pleasure to see him. He is an asset to the site and the security company. Please recognize him in some way or ways.

Not my neighborhood Ralph's (which I've already given up on), but I was passing by and needed a few things. The most unpleasant employees ever from the produce department to the checkout. I asked the young man working in produce where I could find the pineapples - he looked at my like I was asking for his kidney. Checkout was unpleasant - not a smile, or even eye contact. I'm pretty low-key, but honestly, it felt like everyone who works here hates their job. To me, that falls on management.

I don't know if this is a supermarket or "the palace of arrogance" because the cashiers especially and some who discount in the deli sector are very difficult people, they serve customers with the worst will and they even answer you badly, I think It won't be long until they hit you and they probably don't do it out of fear of the law, but they don't lack desire. Unfortunately, these are frustrated people who take their problems to work and take it out on their clients. There are a lot of people willing to work, they should fire them and hire new people. I clarify that not all of them are like this but in general the women at the checkout counters and one or another Deli and bakery employees. In the following video you can see an employee who, despite having spoken to him 3 times, did not turn around to answer a question. This is the will of many of them in this supermarket where you can feel discrimination and mistreatment.

I didn't dare say it before but seeing that several commented the same thing I think, I must say that those cashiers with bad character are a punishment, who mistreat the public, hate the customer and discriminate against those with black skin and Latinos. Someone should take action on this matter because it is a very delicate issue that cannot be ignored. Several of us should get together and denounce the employees, the branch and the company for allowing this type of mistreatment towards us. Please let's support each other among all customers to change this attitude. Today it is my turn to be mistreated, tomorrow it will be your turn.

Ailin, Aiiin, Ailin! Why do you have such a terrible attitude when serving Ralphs customers? A discriminatory attitude without equal. She says that she does not serve clients who speak Spanish, however she speaks with her colleagues in Spanish. If you, Mr. Client, speak to Ailin in Spanish, her treatment of you will change negatively. She is a very poorly educated person, with a terrible attitude towards all the clients and even more so towards the Latinos, as if she were German, but you see how people are, they don't have mirrors in her house. In addition to being a comment, this is a request for support against abuse and discrimination.
