Great service and super quick! Called ahead to check my size and they picked up right away. If you know what you want just head to the tv and pick your items, add you name and it's ready within 5mins. Check out is easy and quick Street parking can be hit or miss

I came in earlier today looking for a specific shirt I had seen online, and I was helped by an associate, Leany. She helped me right away and was able to help me find the black long sleeve shirt I was looking for! Her customer service skills are a 10/10. She was very accommodating. Will definitely be returning!!

Their “tech is down” so they’re closed? I asked if I could come in and try things on, hold them and come back to pick up and pay and she said no… sorry, do you ladies just not like money? I will probably never buy anything from this brand again.

Such a strange experience. The store is super cute! I had a few pieces I wanted to try on before buying online. I walked around the store for a few minutes, and then was strangely approached by one of the saleswoman saying "this is actually a showroom and you can't take anything off the racks" Ok... Then I asked if I could try a few pieces on. It felt like the saleswoman was trying to scare me away by saying I can, but there was a wait. As you can see in the picture, there is literally 0 other customers. I said the wait was fine and handed back the clothes I took off the rack. The lady then said "do you remember where you got your clothes?" At that point I was about to put the clothes back myself. I really love the design and style, but the vibe in store was super weird. I'll stick to buying online from now on.

I absolutely love Reformation and buy from them for all occasions especially the important ones. I usually visit the Main Street or Platform location. Today, June 4th, I walked up to the door as one of the employees was closing it and she saw me however she carelessly pointed to a sign on the door then continued locking up and ignoring the fact that I was standing right there waiting. Beyond rude and cold. It would have taken a minute or two to merely open the door and ask if whatever I needed was quick (which ironically I was going to buy a dress without needing to try it on). This lack of customer service is so frustrating. Actually it's a lack of human decency and kindness. Totally disappointed and disgusted in both of these two ladies working today. For more details and info, my last few visits to this location, I was helped by Choeyang and Aamna who both were beyond helpful, sweet and kind. If they were working today then I'm most certain the incident I described above would not have happened.

Went there twice in total. The first time was to return a dress and buy it again with sale price. The process was smooth and the sales was very nice and friendly. Second time was good too. Usually find street parking on weekdays.This location is definitely better than the Hollywood one. Every time I went to the Hollywood location, the experience was bad.

Been there a couple times to pick stuff out for friends and family.The 1st & 2nd visits were basically the same. The staff were helpful (especially during the first visit), and was knowledgeable.The 3rd visit was average at best. Came to ask a few questions and possibly pick up a few items. Partially my fault at the beginning for mistaking the few different sizes. The woman was trying to do a hard sale on a few items that were too small (I believe). I ended up needing to ask way more questions to her. Ended up not having that particular size. The only time she was semi helpful was to look around at nearby businesses. The main problem that I had the reason for this review is when I just left and stood about a door down to request a Uber to pickup another item at the nearby stores. The woman kept coming out and kept looking my way even when I was being picked immediately . Made me feel like I was being watched for no reason.

I bought a dress and changed my mind at that day. I decided to return it. But Reformation doesn’t want to take it back. They are just sending me messages with refusing.I don’t need the dress and I don’t know what I will do with it. The most awful experience ever. And lack of awareness in Reformation’s vision.

I love these dresses so much.... But man. Their sizing just isn't inclusive. They go to a 12 and most of their styles were sold out in the 10s/12s.

Awful experience at the Santa Monica store on Main Street. The salesgirls totally ignored me while I was trying out some shoes: one was too busy eating snacks while the other just could not be bothered getting me my size. However, when four caucasian ladies walked in, she made the effort of welcoming them into the store. Racist much? In 2022 in Los Angeles??? What a shameful way of doing business!

I love me some ref. And this location definitely has the best service. They have sales 2x a year that are up to 70 percent off. Plus 260 sample sale sometimes hosts reformation sample sale where the prices are drastically reduced. Sustainable and cute, what could be better?
