You're about to experience and indoor cycling class like never before. Your RYDE will be exciting, intense, challenging, informative, rewarding and all about making you a better you. The HR monitors allow you to see exactly which 4 Heart Rate Exercise Zones you're in, from warming up and cooling down, aerobic to anaerobic, reaching your VO2Max. Your coach will take you up and down through these zones pushing your limits, teaching you about your cardiovascular system and how to use that system with maximum effort and controlled recovery.
I am obsessed with spin class here!! The instructors are so great and I burn so many calories during class. The songs are always fun and motivating and everyone is so supportive. It's super nice to spin on the roof too!

The best way to start your morning! Spin room is located on the roof overlooking the Promenade with 360 degree views of Santa Monica. Love the heart rate monitors and classes are always high-energy!

Amazing. I never new I could work this hard and have so much fun. This cycling class made me feel like I was a college athlete again If you like to be pushed, compete and feel like you're part of a team....this is for you. If you love crossfit ( I do ), I see you on the bike.
